"We came here for the Sunday roast and it did not disappoint! All of the staff were so friendly, chatty and attentive. All of them asked how our day was going. The place was pretty busy and had a nice atmosphere with music. The pub itself had some old decor but it gave it that cosy old school vibe. It also had three floors and private karaoke rooms. The toilets were located on the ground floor and the top floor. Top floor toilets were clean and quirky. It also had a little garden area. I had the beef Sunday roast(£15.95) and my friend had the lamb Sunday roast(£14.95). We also had the sticky toffee pudding(£5.00). The menu was a good size with just the right amount of options. The meat was cooked perfectly and the gravy had a nice taste. The carrots and parsnip were just the right texture for me, soft but not overly soft. The potatoes could have been crispier but it wasn’t a problem. The dessert was tasty.The portion was good. I would say it was worth the money. Will definitely be revisiting."

"Never been in the bar despite being a London commuter for many years. It does what it says on the tin great place for sports lovers (particularly football) and drinkers enroute home from Victoria. Despite being inside the station it is individual enough to stand alone and bar service is good and staff v friendly. Only gripe was the bar ran out of Peroni!"

"the appetizers were great, the martini I ordered, tasted like cold coffee, but the replacement hugo cocktail was really good. we ordered the water and were still given when we complained, the workers had a little attitude. as soon as the plates for the starters were deleted, no one was wiping the table and the netzen were placed on the dirty table as it was nothing. we ordered medium steak, but you were well done. at this point we decided not to complain and simply to enjoy the rest of the evening. I had also called before the hand to discuss that it was our jubilee and the person on the phone said that she would send a desert sign. this did not happen, again at this point I thought it was not worth mentioning because I just wanted to go at this point"

"Awesome restaurant with great food and fantastic service, a bit on the expensive side but worth it. Also, booking a table in advance is a good idea. We went twice and both times it was absolutely great, the burgers were delicious, the fried chicken was as well, the fries were crispy and the sauces were also tasty. They have a large selection of cocktails too, we got two different ones and both were very good, even though they were pretty weak alcohol-wise. The service was terrific, everyone was super friendly and nice. The tables were cleaned quickly, we were asked for a refill as well as cocktails and dessert, all in all fantastic service! The prices are alright for the quality of the food, however, they are a bit more expensive than comparable restaurants in the area, but definitely worth it. Also, it's usually quite full, so booking a table is a good idea. To summarize, we enjoyed it a lot and will definitely visit again when we are in the area! Great experience all around!"

"The service here was very slow when we went, it took ages for our drinks to come, we actually got our fries first. The location is nice and the fries were what you would expect. If you get at all seasick i would not recommend as, with this bar being on the Thames it does move a little bit. It may have been an off day service wise, give it a try as it is a lovely place to sit when it is a sunny (and calm) day."
