"The lighting was not intimate....had fan spot lights beaming on us. Winter comfort it was too cool. The floors were dusty and dirty ....which we didn’t understand why it wasn’t clean because we were first to be seated. The meal was very cold and had not much flavor which I had the NC trout meal. Breakfast meal was a disaster which I had the hash dish that was scorched. Waitress didn’t ask how the meal was...once served the waitress was gone the remainder of meal. ... then showed up 15 minutes after we were done no one wanted to take the dishes away or ask if everything was ok. Was totally disappointed. Will not be coming back and don’t recommend."

What a wonderful place, now it’s our favorite in the Signal Mountain area.

Staffing was very poor for the 3 meals we had there. Breakfast poorly cooked raw hash browns, omelette small and not seasoned. Long waits. Existing staff overwhelmed and running to keep up.
