"Everything was horrible. From the food to the service. And for the prices you would think that the food would be fresh. My wings were made yesterday and fried again. Then I asked them to remake them cause they were so dry and burnt. They remade and they came out the same way dry and burnt. Same goes for the greens and Mac and cheese. But how can you mess up a side Cesar salad. We were the only table in the restaurant besides her children and the service was so slow. But when you charge 20% gratuity you can give any kind of service. I'm a foodie and we will never come back. We waited at least 15 minutes for our check. Came in from Buffalo,NY. Stayed in a hotel in downtown Baltimore and stopped by on a Sunday after the bills and ravens game but they were closed. I told myself I gotta come back even if it's a Monday. I came thru Monday and and it was Litttt (birthday party going on) the Bartender Brittany was great! She made this apple martini with crown that wassss A1! It's a vibe I'll be back EVERYtime I come for a Ravens game

If I could give no stars I would have. I visited the civil tonight with my family from out of town. The live band was amazing. Atmosphere was nice everything else not so much. The General Manager Anthony explained to us after waiting 2 hours with no drinks and no food that he was doing the best he could. When asked if we could even have water he told us that he could not do that either. He also told us that if we had a problem with the service we should go elsewhere to enjoy our night. This place would be a very nice place if they had better management and organization. In the end Anthony decided he would be generous and “comp” the bill well Anthony water was free the last time I checked.
