"I’ve been going to Cleveland Bagel since 2016 when they first opened their doors. I lived down the street, and was so excited to have a homemade bagel shop within walking distance. Now that I’ve moved out to the suburbs, I still frequent Cleveland Bagel a few times a month. Their bagels are delicious. However, their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in any establishment, ever. They are consistently rude, to the point that my husband won’t even accompany me there anymore. A bunch of surly late 20 to early 30 year-olds run the shop. Tasty, fresh bagels. Vegan schmeer is good; slight spice/kick to it. Limited parking lot; free street parking. Limited hours. Worth a visit.

I bought a half dozen bagels, and ate one while still warm and chewy, fresh out of the oven. The store is clean and well lit, and the employees are all friendly and seem happy to be there.

Amazing bagels. One of my favorite things about it is that it has scrambled eggs. I am one of those people that only eat scrambled eggs and to see that they had them for like a miracle. Normally at places, they don't have eggs. The employees are so nice. I definitely rate this place 5 Stars
