"Typically when I go here the service is very friendly. The last time I went here it was not friendly. It was a busy day, and I understand in customer service it can get hectic, but you still have to be nice to your customers. The coffee is good, but after someone gives me attitude I will never come back. There was a long line because of the customers coming over from Amtrak. I warned her I had 4 coffees I needed to order. I’m not from Minot so I am not familiar with the train schedule. The lady said “Wednesdays are never a good day because the train is very busy.” Now, I already felt like an inconvenience. She never said “sorry about the wait” or “Sorry Wednesdays are busy” She was very rud...

An absolute joy. I stopped here at my Amtrak station, and my only complaint is that I can't go every day. The person who ran it was as beautiful as they came. I want to make this trip again to come by.
