"The Factory was very clean when we visited. Lots of space between tables and chairs so very comfortable. Of the two servers working I was not pleased with mine especially compared to his/her coworker. No sense of urgency and smelled of smoke. The onion rings were great!! I also ordered the Philly but have not tried it yet. The cheese curds and Italian beef I sampled were very tasty. I will definitely visit Them Factory again."

Been going there for years, love it. Bartenders and waitresses are some of the best in the area. Inflation making prices a bit high lately. Burgers, salads, wings, sauces, sandwiches, appetizers. All excellent.

Great place. Great location. Great service. Great food. Great prices. It's hard to beat a place like this on a road trip. We were able to get a table even though it was almost entirely reserved. The place was packed and yet we're received great service and very delicious food was delivered quickly. The waffle fries are fantastic.

The place was busy on arrival. Even with it being busy, the server was quick to get us the menu and drink order. Came back and took our food order, outstanding service. Both burgers we ordered cooked right and tasted good. Also ordered, Boneless wings, those were bigger than most places. Ordered mild and peach fire for sauces. Both were really flavorful. We enjoyed the evening, service, and food.
