"Went here last night, my husband myself and our daughter. The food and the atmosphere was amazing, then our waitress Alyssa G., she took it to the next level. Alyssa was absolutely incredible! From her friendliness to her attentiveness to her outstanding attitude. She also gave her some suggestions, which were spot on! My family went there on 9/11/2023. Our waitress came over and asked if any of us were first responders, my uncle stated he was with the FDNY. Our waitress then told us our entire table was eating and drinking for free. The owner was covering ALL first responders along with their guests tabs. I thought that was incredibly classy and worthy of a shoutout. Thank you so much The Good Life!

I've been to The Good Life before because they have the best fish and chips. This time, I had the Bistro Burger, which was a flavor bomb! What an amazing combination of bacon, brie and apricots! And I also ordered a very interesting beer made with orange puree and marshmallows that tasted like a Creamsicle! Our service was excellent as well. Our waiter, Al, was very friendly and even offered my husband a cup of hot water so he could warm his hands when he noticed that my husband kept his winter jacket on indoors. A wonderful restaurant for food, beer selection and service.
