"Sometimes you get ready to leave a review and you see some of the other reviews left, and it seems like it effects or skews your thoughts. I try not to let it do that, this is a good example. This place had a nice guy named Paul that took our order. Courteous, nice and prompt. Food came quickly, about 4 minutes, and the taste was pretty good. I got a Cool Ranch and tots. The seating area in the food court was clean enough but warm, too warm. But it is 113 degrees outside. I'd eat here again.. when it was cooler."

So delicious! The Monte Cristo sandwich is a winner. Service was excellent. The owner personally took care of our order and made sure we had everything we needed. We will be back often and I highly recommend anyone who loves grilled cheese sandwiches to give this place a try! Yummy!!!!

I eat here all the time and I have NEVER had any problems with the staff. They give you a buzzer which rings when it is your turn to get your food, so I don 't understand why people think they just deliver your food to you, this is not an sit-down restaurant! The food always comes pretty quickly which is great when I want a quick grilled cheese sandwich. Only complaint would be their fries, which can vary in quality from time to time going from amazing to meh

"Weâve been before and have had better food. The Jack Daniels Top Sirloin steak was not tender. A couple of bites had to be removed from mouth. Itâs was chewy and not very flavorful. "I have only eaten here a few times, it has always been very good. The staff here are awesome and very nice. What I do not like is the portion sizes.. I paid $10 for a California bowl with shrimp and it came with such little amount of food. I only had 7 pieces of shrimp in it... The photo looked like a big amount on top. I just feel like I didn't get what I paid for... Baja fresh and Chipotle give a fair amount of meat on top for the price. It tasted good, I just think I was cut short."

"a few minutes from the autobahn, for a dune in experience after too much quick eating stopped on a road trip. excellent customer service and eating was great! a little outside the path I would not have noticed if we did not specifically search this point, highly recommended if they are in the opposite, will probably be a staple stop when we travel from socal to norcal."

"This place is a discrase of italian representation. The food was disgusting looking not appetiting at all. We ordered a italian sub and asked for no ham, provelone, italian dressing, no mayo instead to put mozzarella and hot peppers. The sandwhich was nothing what we asked for and was all stuck to the wrapping. Who the hell wraps a hot sub in white paper wrapping and not foil. Especially something hot. It was all mush and stuck on the paper. That went straight to the trash. The second sandwhich was a meatball sub toast and that was all mushed and the bread was not even toasted anymore because they wrapped it striaght out of a microwave or something. This place is disgusting. They dont even know how to run a italian business and shouldnt have 12 year old kids working there making food..they should all go back to culinary school or go to Italy and learn how food is suppose to be made. Disgusting!!! Dont waste time or money here. Not worth a penny at all. Writing my review and getting my refund they dont deserve a dime. Or penny. They can go sell there store and shut down. Complaining om yelp too because they dont deserve loyal customers never going back. The workers and the managers are idiots and disgusting. They deserve negative stars."

"Where should I start? service was amazing. eating was amazing. atmosphere is amazing. we ordered the grilled cheese and bisque, nussella love and chicken waffel; no disappointments. the waffles were fluffy and crispy, the hew was juicy and crispy. the bisque, looking in a cup. with free coffee our morning was made spectacular. I love this place. We will return until we try everything. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would."
