"Got a bad vibe from this place. Sat down to have a couple beers one day when it was pouring rain. 3:00pm, a guy who's apparently a regular was visibly wasted and trying to talk to me. It was fine, no big deal, I was friendly. It was like the bar tender thought I was going to laugh at him and she made it clear that he's a valued customer.
