"kati roll company has delicious food, but the portions are small. almost all rolls cost about 8 dollars, but these are tiny rolls. we had Ktikka rolls, windshield wipers and chana masala roll. all were amazing. masala chai had no masala or taste in it and it is not worth spending money for it. the interior is classic and takes it the Bollywood storage track, but not very clean. recommend for taste. enjoy eating desi bites"

that used to be my place when I worked in the city to lunch a few years back. I'm just visiting nyc and I wanted to try it out because it's been a long time ago. the taste was maintained, but they still give nothing but a side free, which is a little strange to understand, especially since they charge 7$ for a single roll.

I don't know how this place operates its operation. extremely slow process. I literally waited 20 minutes to order, although I had only 2 customers in front of me, and then another 25 minutes to get my order. nothing organized or they don't seem to care about anything. they used to be very fast and efficient, now it’s just like “we don’t care” if want to come then otherwise f off art the hire.

dreadful service, especially from the dame behind the theke. instead of the last three food orders that were willing to spend, she decided to charge the money from the cash. the three customers, including me, had to wait until she was finished and took them a lot of time while eating right behind her was ready. she seemed to be unrespectful to the waiting customers. avoid them by all means, at least this place.
