We had a wonderful experience at this Melting Pot location. Our server, Mercedes, was extremely kind gracious and patiently explained the menu made sure we were well taken care of. The food was amazing and we really enjoyed our time there.

Our server was rude, and our food was underwhelming. The server made everything seem rushed. We heard other servers taking time and explaining things to patrons, but not us. To spend 240 for 3 people to eat, you would think the food would be fresh and top notch, but the banana on the dessert course was mushy and browned. "Fun dinner in the middle of tourist town, south myrtle beach. Amazing how they pack them in. A reservation a must, guess that tells you something, Ok, the service and Taylor was exceptional. The whole staff worked together. That said it was mobbed. You could leave the mask at home and be up close and personal with everyone.
