The Miamiville Trailyard

Every time we have come here as a group our service is terrible. Checks are split wrong we are overcharged for drinks we didn’t order and we have given it multiple chances but it is the same outcome every time. Tonight we asked the bartender about a charge on our card and he became very defensive. The atmosphere and food has always been great, but lately the service has been terrible and we will not be dining here any more. Service: Dine in

Very average bar food. Nothing special. The grilled chicken sandwich I ordered was overcooked and hard to chew. It was served on a very ordinary bun with a bit of lettuce and tomato. The BLT my friend ordered had sliced luncheon meat, turkey, with some bacon and tomato and a very ordinary bun. I was expecting something a little better but was disappointed. The bartender wouldn't stop complaining in anger about the hours he had to work and the shift problems. Kind of spoiled my meal. The salad I had a week before was nothing special, very plain. I am, by far, NOT an expert on The Miami Trailyard...because I haven 't tried everything on their menu...yet! What I have had, on my half dozen or so visits, has been delicious. LOVE their chili!!! Had the Brussel Sprouts appetizer this last trip. And, I can say the Mahi Sandwich and Trailyard Burger are delicious. The staff members are friendly and welcoming. Service was personalized and timely throughout our meal. We never waited for anything. But, the BEST part of our visits would have to be the atmosphere.
