"We visited on October 13th it was our first time, got off the tram at 2 oh my gosh do we recommend the tram Ray is the absolute best, anyway we ran to the bistro excited about the food. Got there at 2:07 ordered a bison steak and a kids burger, everyone who came after us got served first and these were large parties and there was at least 5 different groups of 4-6 people in each so we aren’t exaggerating. Got our two waters at 2:20 and the glasses were nasty they finally brought our food at 2:37 they informed us they were out of white gravy and gave us brown husband doesn’t like brown gravy and it would’ve been fine if the mash potatoes weren’t freezing the steak was so fatty and nasty the burger was just awful and cold. The only thing they did right was the cold French fries. The waitress couldn’t be bothered with us. It was truly awful, that being said the Canyon was amazing the trout fishing was amazing the ladies from the stables were so nice the gift shop people were so accommodating and Ray our tram tour guide kept us entertained and laughing the whole 2 hours I would recommend everything but the bistro it was expensive and gross."

"Little place, Mom and Pop. Pulled pork sandwich was amazing!!!! If you happen this little jewel!!!! You're crazy. I love the atmosphere here, I enjoyed the sandwich and homemade chips!!!! Great food is an understatement. Sometimes I hate to leave these reviews and know they're going to be more business, then they are. They are open until 7 p.m. and I'm sure everyone wants to visit. My proposal is that. Go hungry!!! Not eating your average plan. Plan and simple. Amazing food and people!!! Tell them Ronnie G sent you!"

"We have been eating here since this restaurant opened on the dock. It has the best views of the lake. The food seems to only get better season after season! The pineapple tsunami is so refreshing! The fried shrimp basket and pork nachos are a must! Great service and the weekend music is worth the trip!"
