Recommended dishes??...All of them...but, our fam's faves are definitely their smoked rack of ribs (aka Bones)....their homemade version of Velveeta Shells Cheese, and of course, their smoked brisket.

This is without a doubt within top 3 restaurants I've eaten at this year. Everything was unbelievably perfect. You're truly doing yourself a disservice if you haven't been here. Pork belly was top effing tier.
