"This was our first time eating here. We tried to call to place a takeout order, and after calling twice we figured they didn't take call ahead orders and drove over. I had no idea where to go or what to do when we got there, and no one came up to us or asked to help. I finally walked over to the bar and asked to place a takeout order.
