"I have lived in Palm Bay since May of 2011. The Watermark Grille is top notch. The wait staff is spot on, the wine and beer selection is really good (something for everyone), the food is AMAZING ! Everything is so so tasty. The plates come out looking like they belong in a magazine, they are absolutely beautiful looking. Everything from exterior to interior is very clean and eloquently done. They even have this really cute area with a sofa to sit and unwind with a glass of wine. The outside faces the Indian River Lagoon. This place has something for everyone and any kind of occasion really. The patio is very simple and fresh. Highly recommend the Watermark definitely our new favorite place...

Ate here tonight, a very nice hidden gem. I had the grouper and it was very good on a bed of ploenta. My wife had a pasta dish with shrimp and she loved it as well. The menu is as it should be for upscale food, a beef choice, chicken choice, veg choice, and a fish choice. I rather have one if each that is very good than 15 of each that is so so. The staff was very personable and right on. We will go back again. Loved it.

We decided to try The Watermark Grille last Tuesday. Four of us went and since none of us had been there before we went with no pre-conceived expectations. The resturant is open Tuesday-Saturday from 5 to 9pm and we made a reservation for 7. We were greeted right away and seated immediately. We all tried something different and everyone agreed the meal was perfect. The atmosphere is warm and friendly with an attentive staff and a very talented chef. We will definitely return!

This is a fine dining restaurant. Expect fine dining prices. It should have signs in its review. The place is small and quaint. The decorations are a mix with some items completely out of place. These of course are personal opinions. The staff is friendly, competent and interested in making your experience pleasurable. Food is fine dining quality. Wish the new owners good luck and will plan to visit on a special occasion. One note is to put your menu on view outside near the entrance.
