"the first time here after staying in inn at spanish head (review comes after my stay.) top notch place! starting with the lookout at almost any table in restaurant or bar offer you a great sea view. the basket of the brotentwickler was a perfect starter of the sourdough. had a cup of chowder with the brot in it was one of the best chowder I had at the OR Coast. period! chunky mush, speck, thick and perfectly spiced. entrée was southern styled roasted chicken with seasonal veggies that happens as a sparing. huh was amazing! juicy and sukkulent. great taste and a large part. economical gel were perfectly grilled and had a great al dente bite. my only complicity was that they had their old fashioned game on. I'm going to dive. ends the night with lemonade cake. add microdrops here. loaded with lemon flavor. the lemon curd brings a great tartness balanced with a light sweet and the cake itself was moist, fluffy and not sweet at all. excellent way to pack it. requisit to fathoms staff, back to the front, because that makes a great night!"

"Third time's the charm, they say—but not in this case. We were mistakenly charged for an item we didn't order, and twice we received the wrong order! When we finally got what we ordered, it was a chaotic mix of sauces and everything was just thrown together. What a mess!"

"I was craving German food my boyfriend is German and I'd spent the last year living in Baden-Württemberg). I was driving 101 when I saw the German flags. Of course I had to stop! It was great. I had the Jäger schnitzel and side salad. I ordered Spätzle for my side. Spätzle is one of my favorite German foods and that's what I was really craving. I say this spot was very authentic. They served huge portions and I only ate 1/2 my meat as usual -see I was always disappointing my boyfriend when we'd go out to eat in Germany and I couldn't handle the portions. The Spätzle was really good! I probably should have ordered a side of it to go. They had German beers but unfortunately I was driving more and couldn't imbibe : If you're in the area, stop in! Try it. German food is not so exotic to American dishes. They love things fried, large meat, not spicy but flavorful, sauces, gravy, cheesy noodles. The only thing some Americans may not like is the cooked red cabbage. It's a small side served with almost every dish. I like it because I observed how my German family ate it where they take a little bit on their forks and add it to a bite of meat of noodles, instead of eating it completely alone. It really adds to the other foods. Prices are great! It was 13.50 before tip."

"After eating fish for several days we were ready for something else. The Mexican food sounded good, we settled in this restaurant after the first couple we drove to. The food here was pretty good. I tried the Chili Colorado Burrito, which is one of my favorites. Others at the table got the taco salad bowl, rolls etc. I like that they also provided not only chips and salsa while we waited for our food, but also beans. Many places have just limited menus, but this place had a pretty good choice for us to choose. They also brought a free dessert at the end, it was just a simple sweet chip with cinnamon and sugar with whipped cream and a strawberry sauce, but it was free and easy."
