Three Bear Inn - Menü

No complaints from my wife or I about the room we stayed a couple of nights in or the restaurant where we enjoyed a tasty breakfast cooked and served by Sharon, the owner. Never made it to the small but inviting bar room but it looked homey. Sharon was very accommodating when I explained that we had decided to stay only 2 nights instead of the 3 we had paid for since our business was completed early and she promptly credited our card for the extra nights charge. Our one bedroom was small but came with a small fridge, TV, Good WIFI, and a tub, but, surprisingly, no coffee pot and it had a small space heater for heat, which was more then adequate, though it was cold outside. While browsing for a new residence in and around the Marathon, NY area, I have visited the Three Bear Inn on two separate occasions. On both occasions I was greeted with a warm Small Town welcoming. Suzanne definitely wakes up each morning realizing the fact that she is Awesome!! Ever so Friendly and Personable! If looking for a place to enjoy a delicious cocktail or fermented beverage, within a more than affordable price range, the Three Bear Inn is an excellent choice for Cortland County. Not to mention a fantastic array of menu items to tame a hungry belly. Conveniently located a short stroll through the parking lot, is the Inn itself. This is probably the best place to grab a bite in the very small town of marathon. I would've given them 4 stars...the waitress was very friendly and although busy, seemed very accommodating. My mom and I both ordered salad...I got steak on mine...my mom got chicken. The food was fair...nothing to get excited about...but fresh and edible...however, I asked for dressing (oil vinegar) on the side....which didn't happen, and my salad was drenched in dressing (honey mustard) which I'm not suppose to eat...also I asked for avocado which I didn't get...guess they were out but the waitress said nothing.
