"You must try this black-owned business! Everything I tried was absolutely delicious. My lunch companion had the Sweet and Sour Brisket Tacos and loved them. I ordered the Tipsy Classic Breakfast Entree with a Pomegranate Mimosa, and for lunch, I got a to-go order of their Cajun Chicken Alfredo Pasta. I can't wait to go back as soon as I can. It's located to the left of the Movie Tavern on Richmond Road. Don't miss out on this adorable cafe - you won't be disappointed!"

Tipsy Beans Cafe is a fantastic spot to enjoy a sit-down coffee and breakfast at a small, local business. With both indoor and outdoor seating, this cozy cafe is perfectly located near shops and other plazas. I would definitely go back again.

We absolutely adore this restaurant! Tipsy Beans always delivers. Whenever we are in town, we make sure to stop by. The food is delicious, the variety of coffee options is incredible, and the cocktails are spot on! And we can't forget about the exceptional service! Ashley is our favorite, but the whole staff is so warm and welcoming. You must give this place a try!

My family and I visited this restaurant on a busy Saturday morning. Despite the crowds, the staff was very friendly and seated us promptly. I ordered the avocado toast and scrambled eggs, along with a plain oat latte, and everything was delicious. My brother tried the eggs Benedict and he also enjoyed his meal. Our waiter was attentive and friendly. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
