"I love this spot! Look for the kayak above sign and you will know you have arrived. Seems to be something here for everyone. Sandwiches, BBQ, beer, baked goods, fresh apples, and bric brac. There is also an adjoining bait and tackle shop with necessary kayak/ row boat cleaning services and registration for nearby nyc reservoirs. TJs can get very busy on the weekends but there is plenty of parking around side of the building. I really enjoy grabbing a roomy table in front chowing down on some fresh BBQ with a cold beer. this place is such a jewel! we had the most delicious cookies and gravy and the homemade apple cidder donuts were for to die. the personal could not have been more beautiful. will go back!

Great food and service at the cafe. Rowboat and kayak steam clean station to put on the reservoir. Fishing tackle, and live bait Including shiners and sawbillies at the tackle shop next door. Seasonal items and fresh produce for sale at great prices too.
