One of the few boba tea places that seeps real tea leaves. The is service friendly and brick toast desserts are fun and yummy.

The person who served us was very nice and good about getting our orders correct. We hung out for over an hour playing card games and he made us feel welcome. I had a Taiwanese iced tea (tasted like Thai tea , less sweet, less ice, with oat milk and brown sugar boba. It was very good. The k-pop music that was playing is not my thing but my kids enjoyed it. I also enjoyed watching the ? fish :
