"I discovered this restaurant in a hidden corner of Mustang, tucked away behind some storage units, next to an Italian restaurant. I visited on a Sunday at 6:00pm for dinner. Despite the place being busy, there were a couple of empty tables. The owner welcomed me at the door, cleaned my table, and swept the floor. The server, Chrystal, promptly brought complimentary hot chips, fresh salsa, and homemade queso, and took my drink order. She also mentioned that they made fresh tortillas in-house and offered me a sample. As a first-time visitor, I asked for a recommendation and Chrystal suggested the beef fajitas. Food was excellent and the service was great. The server was super friendly. I had the lunch fajitas and my husband had an enchilada and tamale. We both loved the salsa.

Big frost cup for my beer. I tried the ' Cameron a la diabla' first time ever trying everywhere. Didn't have much taste of the shrimps. Service was pretty good for as busy as they were. I was here b4 and the Chimichanga was fantastic. I'm sure. the margaritas also looked really good)

Stopped in on the spur of the moment and since it was after the dinner rush, we had no wait. Our server brought our drinks and set up right away. Mrs. Flip Out ordered their Baja Fish tacos with sides of chino beans and mashed potatoes. I ordered their Ranchero Burrito with chino beans and rice. We both really liked the chino beans; they were delicious. Mrs. Flip Out said the fish tacos had great flavor and the fresh toppings complimented the fish really well. The Ranchero burrito had great flavor and it was just the right size. The Ranchero sauce really complimented the burrito. We think you’ll enjoy Toledo’s if you’re in the mood for Mexican food.
