Did other customers complain about the way you previously prepared it and that's why you changed? Because if not why change something that doesn't need to be fixed. The staff said only that location is doing it differently, is that true?"

Awesome food always! The staff here is also very nice and made us feel welcome even though it was close to closing.

I’ve been going to Tropical Grille at different locations for almost a decade now, and this is the first time I’ve gotten food that wasn’t delicious. The chicken is almost inedibly salty, borderline rubbery, and not grilled for some reason? If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
