"I have supported this location since it opened. I love the smoothies and sandwiches. I have always ordered through the mobile app and picked up at the drive through. I went last week and was told I had to come in. When I asked why I was told in a very rude tone that is how it has always been and when I told them I have always picked up at the window I was told well, we weren't supposed to and you have to come in. I proceeded to tell the worker this was poor customer service and he said how? Rude and no customer service skills at all. HE could have simply apologized for the change and gave me my drink any way. I really like smoothies, but when I order them online and ask for a edible straw that you can eat, they often forget to include it in my order. This means I have to remind them, and it can be frustrating because it takes more time instead of making things faster when it is busy.

Tried to eat in here with my kids on a Sunday afternoon. Most of the staff was standing around watching football on an iPad. They had the iPad facing behind the counter so as a customer you can't see it but then they had the iPad connected to a speaker on the other side of the restaurant and turned it up so loud that you couldn't talk to each other in there. Food came out quick enough so no issues there but the food is just ok, sometimes it's straight hot basura.
