"I was eager to check out the new truck farm for a while now. I have been there before, it was recently sold in october 2020. The old TF was very tasty and a little heavy on the pocket book but the food was sooo good so it didnt matter! Fast forward to now.... Its very pricey still. (They mentioned in one of the articles about the new TF that the prices would be more affordable But not only is it pretty pricey its not good. Both times I have ordered pick up from truck farm tavern they have forgotten ingredients on my food. First time I ordered a salad that had shrimp and I didn't receive the shrimp. This time I ordered debris fries that were supposed to have queso, soft boiled egg, picketed cabbage, and roast beef debris. Only came with roast beef debris. They charge way too much to mess up orders like this. Will no longer give them my service.

My parents hyped this restaurant up for a week. They raved about the food for a week. It was the most unsatisfying meal I have had in New Orleans. How can you screw up BBQ shrimp? My son was served raw chicken with a bonus side of a claw. My daughter 's burger was charred. My dad 's ribs were over cooked and my mom was served rice with no etouffee. My nephews chicken was rubbery and he could not cut through it. I beg anyone to save your money. This meal was well over $300 and so not worth it. Went for the first time today for lunch. I was really looking forward to my first visit. That soon turned south when the waiter hit us with two off color jokes. I expressed to him that they were offensive. His reply was well they were pretty safe and not bad jokes. Jaw dropped. So we moved on from that and chalked it up to inexperience and him trying to be engaging. We ordered a shrimp appetizer that was really good.
