"I loved this place. beautiful service, best margaritas I had, we had appetizers of speck wrapped garnels and fresh salsa and chips. both were so good! I was set on a steak in this night and they didn't have what I wanted on the menu, so went to another device for steak huge errors on my part, one of the worst meat cuts I my lips. we loved wisdom. Congratulations to great service and eat!"

"I came in a little bit late towards closing, I ordered the Molé, would’ve been wonderful except the Molé was mixed with the chicken so there was nothing on the plate to clean my pallet on, besides beans and rice, I don’t eat beans and rice,, I kindly asked for The plate to be returned and as it was late I didn’t want to trouble the cook for another dish, then all of a sudden a drunk patron, out of nowhere, in the bar area, threatened my life because I couldn’t eat the dish!!! Next thing I know I’m throwing a $50 in the air and start running for the door! What the F Tubac?!"

"They were super busy, but I got superior, friendly, fast service. I had the Shelby's Burger with Coleslaw on the side. Great taste for both. My burger was cooked properly, not done under. Very comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. This isn't my first time, and the food was always really good. Excellent work Shelby's!"

"I highly recommend it! We went to lunch yesterday and one of the staff saw our children unloaded from the car. He had a big table ready to go for us when we got in. My husband ordered Alfredo, which was very good, and we ordered the children a pepperoni pizza that was fantastic. I went on an edge and ordered a burger and pommes and let me tell you the pommes were some of the best we ever had. Everyone at the table wanted something. They were freshly cut and perfectly seasoned. The burger was hotly pierced and perfectly cooked. I told my husband that I think this is the first time that we have eaten and all (including the children) have eaten every bite. Very good food and we're going to definitley go back. We could even make a trip to Tubac to visit this restaurant again."
