"Didn't have the pleasure to eat here- but giving one star due to the inconsiderate treatment over the around town coupon handling and poor service (had to call upon arrival). This was the second time trying to use a coupon from the Around Town coupon book. The first time, was told the coupon was only valid on weekends. Upon return on Sunday Sept 5, Walked in to find nobody there. Calling the number on the coupon, someone came to the front. After sitting down and about to order, showed the coupon and was told that the coupon was only good on Friday and Saturday. Apparently Sunday is not part of the weekend. Left without eating there and won't return. If you plan to host a coupon, please spec...

Terrible customer service. We placed a to go order and as soon as we opened the container it looked disgusting! Packed it all up went back. The waitress grabbed the chef. Not a manger! They both proceeded to tell me they don’t do refunds. If you were sitting in any restaurant it would be taken off your check or remade. The same with to go orders.

EMBARRASSING experience!!! Waited almost TWO HOURS for food!!We Went for my grandmas 100th birthday.we USED to LOVE going there before the ownership/name change. Our waitress was friendly but we waited over 45 minutes for our drinks and another 45 ish minutes for our food! We had a big group (We had reservations for 10 people) but if they cannot accommodate a group of 10 they should have NOT accepted that size group. After waiting 2 hours for our half decent meals they gave no apology for the extremely long wait ! My dad left a review and instead of apologizing the owner further embarrassed herself by arguing! Very unprofessional! Pathetic excuse for a business woman ! DO BETTER !
