"This review absolutely breaks my heart... ?Let me start by saying if it had not been for Nina, I would 've walked right back out! The new management has turned this place into a very uncomfortable atmosphere. The vibes are off and inconsistent with the place I once fell in love with. And the food fell a bit short of expectations.As a regular customer, I used to feel like this restaurant was my go-to. The food was always delicious, especially the clockwork cocktail and escargot. No one in all of Metro Atlanta made this drink the way they did. As a sommelier in training, I definitely knew the difference. It was literally so good I would drive from Atlanta just for the escargot and clockwork. HOWEVER, now, under this new management (specifically Cloe, although I think she lied about her name as she hesitated and rolled her eyes when I asked her on my way out), things are just inconsistent and unpredictable.Mind you, this is the same person who told me she couldn 't seat me in the corner booth because it was reserved for someone with reservations. I laughed because I can recognize misery when I see it. No big deal. I informed her that I had indeed called and made a reservation and would like to be seated there. Anyone with a toddler/child knows having a little wiggle room for your child to play around in is a lifesaver, especially when they 're Montessori raised.As a forward thinker, I just believe that in the long run, some important improvements can be made for this place to be as successful as it once was. Overall, I just feel like maybe a shift in service personnel is needed, along with a little communication from the previous owners about their menu ingredients. Maybe? I don 't know, I just know that this rude little girl Cloe needs to go. She 's the first impression someone will meet upon walking in, and it 's definitely not a pleasant experience.Thank you, Nina, for being genuine and personable. "After hearing so many great things about Craft, I was told by the general manager at 8:46-8:47 that they were closed for the night. After telling him I traveled out of my way to try Craft Burgers he still insisted policy was last order 8:45. Which I missed by the max two minutes. I am very disappointed that this was my first experience. I was NOT GREETED, nor did I feel welcomed. Regardless of the time a customer should feel welcomed especially when they are coming to spend money. The General Manager insisted that last order policy is listed online. (I was on my apple mobile phone and the website wasn’t the best nor was the policy as visible as them advertising their burgers and everything else on the menu). I Understand policy and I understand I came within 12-13 minutes of closing, but even though I did not leave being able to experience Craft Burger A warm welcome and smile goes Long way! This is coming from a foodie who has been to plenty of restaurants not only in Atlanta but across the nation and other countries.Not sure if I will want to try Craft Burgers By Shane after this experience. Wish them the best but not cool. They are in the burger business and not costumer service so maybe I am overreacting."

"We went for my son 's birthday and had a wonderful time. Food was awesome and service was excellent! Kid-friendliness: We could not see anything for kids on the menu and asked. We were given fried chicken nuggets as a choice. They were big pieces of chicken and very good. Service: Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Sushi, Gyoza Pork"
