"Very good kitchen for local specialties, I had breakfast, lunch and dinner at Parlatsch since I stayed here for two days. Weren’t disappointment with my high expectations about the location away from the noisy town of Flims. Hotel rooms are very clean and up-to-date may be a bit small but most people come here to enjoy the cozy restaurant and beautiful outdoors. Highly recommend, will come back next year"

tina was serving us and can i just say how hard she works ?! she was the only staff here and she was whizzing around making breakfast for everyone while engaging in conversations with all the guests !! she showed us all the nice things to do around here and was so friendly and lovely !

We came for dinner in the summer. Very nice and calm atmosphere. The service is friendly and well organized. There were wonderful Bünder specialties to eat and when it comes to dessert, it's hard to decide. The price is rather high but definitely justified. Hotel highlights: Great view, Quiet
