"So Kauai apparently has excellent Mexican restaurants, and Verde must be in the Top 5. Located in one of the most modern commercial developments on Kauai, it feels like a place you'll find in a mainland shopping center, but the food is anything but the mill's run. The Mahimahi Furikake Tacos were the best fish tacos I had, from the Furikake tortillas to the cilantro-furikake mahimahi with their signature aioli and unagi sauce. I wanted to try the ube horchata, but they said they ran out because it was so hot this day. Must be back to try!"

Very good dinner before I catch my flight? near the airport and amazing service. Supported with understanding vegan options and ambience was great. Love it

We are from Colorado and Tacos are a basic food in our diet, so we decided to stop here and have a taste! Oh, my God! You have a great meal! The best tacos I've had for a long time. Get the Ube tortillas, you won?t regret it! We'll eat here before we go and we'll come back every time!

Fast food casual Mexican farewell right from the main train in Lihue. It was busy (always a good sign), but the 3 wait employees rocked it like a real team. The alcoholic drinks were really good. Loved the Mahi Mahi tacos. All fish dishes are market price. I think it was $18. Don't be tempted to order the tres leche.... They will be disappointed by the gummy texture, bland flavor, small size and overpriced.
