the first time here. food quality was excellent. had the baby back ribs. my wife had the kartoffel with pulled pork. scotty our waiter was very friendly, and they could say to the way he acted, that he really took care of our culinary experience. mason jar cheesecake with blueberry is great, plus they get to keep glass.

OMG, the best BBQ I've had in years! I don't know if they make their own sauce, but whatever it is, it's got the best flavor/taste of any sauce I've ever had. The pulled pork and brisket are delicious, and the Mac and cheese is good (other reviews say differently). Highly recommend the sampler and making a stop here if your in the area (the locals already know). I ordered on line and the order was ready when I arrived 20 minutes later. Good service and was in and out quickly.

for the first time in Waldo’s for lunch. quite busy and waiters/waitress were blackened. even they heard that they were short help, but both did an excellent job to maintain. my ribs were dry, mac and cheese was bland and cold, but kartoffelsalat was good. eating daughter and woman was above average, but not great. server was the best part of our experience, he made an excellent work and very friendly. don't think I should go back because I was better at other BBQ sites here in mesa. it wasn't terrible, but there's better out there I had. also the peach calf was excellent.
