"This is odd favorite Whataburger. Not so much now. First, they told me they were out of medium cups. If I didn't want a small I would have to pay for a large. So I paid extra for a large for me and my wife. So then I wait for my order. And wait and wait. After 15 minutes one of the staff noticed and went to check. She comes back and asks for my receipt. It seems they managed to lose my order and needed my receipt to see what it was. Finally, after 23 minutes I'm walking out with order.Time to look for another Whataburger."

Truly disappointed in how this store has been handled since Jeremy left. Called corporate almost two weeks ago after the manager was goofing off in her personal vehicle in uniform and hit another employee. Still havent heard back! Representation of the company tarnished.

This is possibly the slowest Whataburger in the franchise. While this site is relatively clean. The service is ridiculously slow. I waited 15 mins just to be recognized. And when I ordered it took 35 mins before I got my order. There are plenty of employees. They are just busy talking to each other. Clearly a management problem.
