"I am a truck driver. It is 60 miles here from home... I always stop and get a togo order! As I finished my order and was putting my wallet away... out of nowhere, this lady (had to be 20s) came swinging around me and parked on the counter in front of me. With an attitude like she caught my hand in the cookie jar! She directly asks if my dog is a service animal!!! She said it like i was 4-5yo... kind weird. And the interrogation began. I went in instead of going through the drive thru. Atmosphere was kinda laid back. Only workers were there. Restaurant was clean. I ordered the patty melt and it came out super quick. Food was hit and fresh and delicious. Great experience overall. I'll be back Service: Dine in

I love Whataburger, but this location is hit or miss, especially during late night/early morning. I stop here after work occasionally..1am or later, and usually order ahead on the app. My order is usually correct but 9 times out of 10 the food is not very fresh, fries are cold and stale and the burger is luke warm or just plain cold!. Drive thru is ridiculously slow, cars wrapped around the building and won't move an inch for like 15 min. I've waited at least 40 min in the drive thru before, was close to falling asleep lol. Now I just avoid this place altogether when it's really busy! not worth the gas wasted sitting there, just to end up with cold food.
