this Wienerwald has been there for several years. he was always the target for me if I wanted a really good huh, I knew here that the chickens are fresh and crispy. recently I drove back here and the lust for a good huh has overmanned me. I was disappointed, no comparison of the quality as a year ago, the huh was dry the skin has exceeded the point of crispy at least 2 hours, it was really hard. it can be that I accidentally got a worse quality.
