"This place is clean, so I mean that the tables, bottles of spices are clean, not sticky, floor tiles are clean, Health Department rated A. "We love Black Horse. The food is always delicious and the service is very friendly. Today was extra busy, like Thursdays at 3 times. We recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a wonderful meal at a reasonable price. Hangar Steaks are incredible. And her chili is great. Add a piece of warm corn bread and it is a meal on and off itself. We always take leftovers home for another meal."

There are multiple things blocking wheel chairs to move freely on the restroom hall.Also, restrooms used to be cleaner and neat. It needs attention from management.
