"Taco Bell had terrible staff so I ended up eating here. I'm so happy the way it turned out. The food was very good the wait staff was friendly knowledgeable and happy to be answer any questions we had. Taco Bell should take a page out of their book as far as employees go. They were well staffed and everybody seemed happy. All that being said Chick-fil-A had four times as many customers at least. They still killed it."

"My wife and I just discovered Franklin Court Grill a few months ago and we can't believe what we were missing. Every single thing we had was amazing. All dishes are fresh and cooked in the house (the menu proudly says no freezers or microwaves). The servers are so friendly and their recommendations are always excellent. The owners even always come out to check your meal. We are always looking forward to the nightly specialties (especially Saturday Prime Rib). The new years Eve menu was excellent and we are really looking forward to the Valentine's Day menu. We cannot recommend this place enough, we have friends and relatives to try them, and everyone loved it. Thanks Franklin Court Grill for another great meal!"

"Hands down the best breakfast and lunch you can get in Monroe. Trust me, I’ve been to every breakfast restaurant in the area searching for the best biscuits and gravy. Palace is the only place where the gravy doesn’t taste like it has 8lbs of salt in it. I can only assume the gravy is fresh due to this or they just understand a pound of salt isn’t needed when you add equally salted meat into the gravy. I’ve never had a bad meal here and my parents actively come from Myrtle beach to eat here with us. The place is always packed so if you’re looking for a place with not a lot of people make sure to get here at opening hours."

"The definition of a hole-in-the-wall, but perhaps the best breakfast restaurant in Charlotte. Definitely lives up to his name. The service is impeccable. The waitresses are so beautiful and ready to make any desired accommodation. I add, the menu is not extensive (all), but what they offer is cooked to perfection. Worth the ride. A warning: bring money for tips. For some reason, they removed the tip line from their debit/credit card receptions. Had to go to a nearby ATM to get money. This was accompanied by the mandatory $2.95 fee. Anyway, please check this place. They won't be disappointed. Yum!"

"This is our new favorite place in Monroe. We love the atmosphere here. We usually sit at the bar and Birdy is fantastic! We are very impressed with the food....so delicious and the prices are good too."
