"The best grill in the whole panhandle. Mike works with his amazing crew and the food is smoked for perfection. The prices are fair and atmosphere is fantastic. There is a terrace that also welcomes your pets. Mike is the perfect place for lunch, dinner or for your event. If you weren't with Spicy Mike, you didn't experience a real BBQ. "We frequent Mac Joes at least twice a month. The food is always great as well as the service. The wait staff is always friendly and helpful. They always deserve a tip on the high end of the spectrum. We never leave there disappointed. Josephines Chocolate Mousse is a MUST after a meal. Make sure you save room!"

"Awesome! The Barbacoa Tacos simple and delish! The Ceviche light and wonderful. The guacomole unfortunately had been blended and pureed with the jalapeno in it, so I couldn't pick it out. Had good flavor, but to spicy and processed for my gringo taste. Service was attentive without being overbearing. Pleasant dining room, atmosphere and moderate background ambience. Very clean! Tricky location to find though."

"This place may be historical. But the food and service is horriffic. The only thing saving this place is that it's on Route 66. TOURIST STAY AWAY. Coach Roaches on the wall. Health Department will be notified. It was a good place to go. Not now. When is the last time they cleaned ANYTHING?? When you go in you will see. And no worries about service. "This is a great little place with spuds and hot dogs. I got the #10 which is potato, butter, sour cream and bacon and I added chili. The potato was cooked perfectly. Basically, You can build your own spud! It?s a great place for take-out with a drive through window. There is an outdoor seating area too. Fast service with a small dine-in area. Large portions."

"I am new in the area and I stopped by this restaurant to have breakfast, I don't have any complaints about the food served everything was real good and fresh, the service also very friendly the only reason why I didn't give a 5 star is because of the cost. "My daughter, grandson and I went to the Saltgrass for a relaxing lunch. My daughter ordered the salmon oscar with the brussels sprouts and a caesar salad. I had the salmon oscar, steamed vegetables and a garden salad with blue cheese dressing. I love the blue cheese dressing at the Saltgrass! The little grandson had macaroni and cheese as well as shared our salmon. We had a wonderful waitress. And, there were several other waitresses who stopped by our table to see the cute grandson who is 11 months old. I would highly recommend visiting the Amarillo Saltgrass!"

"We made a reservation for 4 plus a three year old (their Open Table won’t accept a reservation for 5). They immediately updated our party size to 5 in our reservation which let us know they understood our group size. We arrived on time and they already had 5 glasses of water poured and two carafes of water on the table. We love that service level! Our food, wine, and drinks arrived promptly, which is very important when dining with a 3 year old. My blackened salmon was cooked perfectly medium rare. We had a great pre-Thanksgiving meal!"

"My goodness, folks. I am astounded. Two visits to this Taco Bell’s drive-through now, and each time the person working the window and taking the orders didn’t sound like serving a customer was the greatest inconvenience that could possibly occur in their entire existence, every menu item was still available because they hadn’t run out of ingredients (even Mexican Pizza wasn’t an exception), and we ended up with truly every item we actually ordered. Do I feel strange about awarding a perfect 5 star rating to a Taco Bell due to them meeting the bare minimum requirements for good service based off of two visits? Not at all! I may be premature in crowning this Taco Bell as the best in Amarillo, and it’s honestly genuinely decent even if the bar weren’t miserably low here, but I doubt the few Taco Bells in town that I’ve so far had the good fortune of having not yet eaten at could manage to consistently refrain from being disappointing on multiple levels two times in a row."

"We had a nice mother's day dinner. The restaurant was full but we didn't have to wait long. Our waiter was attentive and we had a nice meal. My daughter ordered a baked potato which we were told when the rest of the food came out that they were out of potatoes. For some reason this happens to my little gal all the time. She loves baked potatoes and it's always such a let down for her when it happens. She's such a sweet kid and she doesn't throw a fit but I can taste her disappointment."

"Outback steakhouse killed it tonite. My wife and I on a Valentine's date at Outback. Our visit was from 630pm to 830pm. Everyone great customer service from the door greeter then the bar tender to our wonderful server Cindy Davis. Ms. Davis was most professional from beginning to the end. She showed us that she loved her job the way she carried herself and the demeanor she had. I have been retail management for 26 years and car sales for 6 years. I'm a pretty tough customer at times but not tonite. Ms. Davis did everything right. My wife loved her. Oh by the way the food was great as always. I will certainly always ask for Ms. Davis every time we dine out. Outback Steakhouse is top notch in my book. Thank you all....."

"8/31/22 I am impressed. for the first time I used the website of arby to pay my meals. it is a OUTSTANDING interface, unlimited, easy to use and understand, and that my order quickly and easily adapted. really impressive. but my experience didn't end there. When I came to the car thru, I just told them I was there to pick up my order. the young lady asked me pleasantly after my name I gave, and then let me go through to the window. in less than 60 seconds I had my meal, with drink, properly modified to my specification, with sauces, serviettes, raw and sauces. No, no problems. incredible! the person who works the window while clearly shorthanded by the work was bright bubbly, and both pleasant and professional. I am astonished how smooth and pleasant an experience that was. I'm coming back more often. verdikt: highly recommended."

"My wife and I went to Public House to celebrate our 44th wedding anniversary. We always enjoy a meal at Public House. My wife had a margarita with whiskey, and I may have enjoyed that more than she did. Our appetizers were crab and cream cheese wontons and drunken mushrooms. For our meal, my bride ordered mac/cheese with meatloaf. I ordered my go to favorite BLT. That may not seem celebratory to some, but I do love that BLT! Everything was delicious, but if I were to do that meal over again, I would have passed on the drunken mushrooms only because they are rich (yet delicious) and I had to restrict my attention to my BLT. Great food, great ambiance, great service...that makes for a very Happy Anniversary for us. And I almost forgot the carrot cake. I lack the right words to describe the taste, so I 'll go with, delicious."

"Beware of this place because when you turn in complaints on a staff member there they accuse you of making rude comments about them and there district manager backs them up on ! Not mention they seem to think they can use other business to get change instead going to a bank. And I've gotten better sandwiches from other subway locations. Heed the warning because they also talk bad about their customers! I'd avoid this place like it has covid19 !"
