"A very pleasant restaurant right in the center of Zurich. Santa Lucia is an Italian restaurant chain, but the standard is still quite high. It has a large number of tables arranged around the bar. Here and there there are paintings hanging on the wall, creating a nice atmosphere. The dishes themselves are fresh and delicious. It's not exquisite, but still good. We tried bruschetta as a starter and as a main course spaghetti carbonara, seafood pasta, a Quattro Stagioni pizza and a Parmigiana pizza. Unfortunately, some of our guests had to wait a little longer because the kitchen mixed up their orders. You get the impression that the restaurant places more emphasis on the ambience than on preparing delicious food. The bread with delicious olive oil, balsamic vinegar and fresh pepper that is served as a starter is definitely positive. A nice addition was the portion of Parmesan, which you could grate yourself for your dish. The service was friendly, even if the waitress mixed up our order. Still, I think Santa Lucia deserves a solid 4 stars."
