"Well, unfortunately only two stars. We always thought the pizza was good, but the delivery service was bad. We once had to wait more than an hour for 4 pizzas. And today we ordered and paid online, estimated delivery time: 45 minutes. After waiting 1 hour and 10 minutes we call. Answer: “You ordered online? Oh, that must have been lost on us!” The pizzas were then delivered within half an hour. The courier said: “Sorry, huh!” The extras I had ordered (and already paid for) for one of the pizzas were of course not on it."
