"If I gave this restaurant and the staff more than five stars. We were in town on Friday, July 6th. The whole city was super busy for the weekend and this restaurant was no exception. Nevertheless, the staff managed my son's life, threatening allergies with a superior costume service my family rarely encountered. When I first asked about the menu and when my son could eat there, Sky, the manager, came to speak with me immediately and help find something safe for my son. Although the restaurant was really busy, she still took the time to walk back to the kitchen personally and check ingredients for me several times. When we realized there was something safe for him, we almost sat right away. Our waiter Keith was very helpful. Sky had already told him about the allergy before he even came to our table. He helped me go over the menu and determine which pages would be suitable for my son. He was very patient. We appreciate the fact that the food was quickly brought, and that my son's meal was delivered from a kitchen server that had nothing else to avoid cross-contamination. My son really liked his food. It really melted my heart to see the care that the staff took for him, except in the way they shed his food and cut his chicken and his pears (he is only two). It is clear that this restaurant understands the severity of food allergies and goes beyond and beyond to accommodate its guests. All the others in our party also enjoyed their meals very much, and we were impressed by the prompt service we received, despite how busy the restaurant was. Thank you, Mr Jacks. When we travel, we often have a hard time finding somewhere to eat with our son, and you have made this so much easier for us today!"
