The lady at the Taco stand is always so sweet, and she has wonderful customer service, all those people who work here are young and I think they need more appreciation for how beautiful they are and just their customer service skills! "For dinner after a quick shopping trip, and this experience was great! We came to the restaurant at 7:15, and it looked really busy. Nevertheless, my wife and I immediately came in and sat. Our server, Tamara, quickly got our orders, and I swear it was the fastest service I've ever got at a seat. Tamara was very friendly to us and we had a wonderful evening. Will definitely come back."

"WOW! If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. A few months back we visited this site and had a pretty rough experience. The management was then very apologetic and assured us that they were in the middle of swapping over the top management and worked hard to get things back on track, and I would say that they did exactly that! Our waitress was up all night, the food came out FAST and perfect. We have 2 filets and a steak salad and they were all top notch. We are local in the area and are so excited to see this place so well. If you're in the area and looking for a great place to eat, I recommend Outback Steakhouse in Fultondale! Huge cries to the FOH Manager (Ms. Frankie), kitchen manager (Morgan), Katie (Katie) and WILLY on the grill!"

"The staff was friendly and fast. The food was beautifully presented and had a good, if not above average taste. The tempura shrimps were better than most and the bang bang chicken was excellent. We spent 100.00 for 3 people (no drinks). At this price we hoped for 5 star taste (is the price correct with inflation? Possibly. Solid 4-star experience and we would recommend/return."

Terrible service and attitude of a young lady with red hair, I asked to Speck because it was missing on the Cobb salad and made a complaint about her attitude, and she crossed her arms and began to shake her legs and about that the bread was salty as hell!!! They looked at me like I was crazy, I know they wouldn't eat it if they were, terrible service, maybe too many young people working there."

"We waited in the thru line for 30min decided to get a dinner, the manager claimed there were only 3 workers and therefore it took so long. We even got 9 dollars, and the chicken was pulled a little too early. Despite the long wait and the additional workload for their employees, both participants at each window were with friendly settings so big kudos to this bc they seemed to do the best they were able to given the circumstances. Keep it up, hard work with a friendly smile and attitude towards other people pays off in life no matter what:"

"Smoked wings were dry as if they were smoked days ago in a large batch and were served as needed. Service was also dry. It didn't seem as if anyone was happy maybe they were forced to be there. Just another job I guess. Ribs and sides saved the day. I tried the baked beans and potato salad.The sauce was just ok but nothing special . I've had BBQ from all over and (Full Moon) was in the middle of the pack. I asked other customers about other BBQ locations but there was really only one more. I'm sure that's why this location was semi busy. Thought this area would have had more to offer. I'll be back the next time I'm in town to give it a second chance!"

"Late night snack after arrival at the airport from a seven-day trip. It was busy, but served in time. One order of the frits was fresh from the frit. The reason for the other order was not so fresh, but nevertheless edible. 30 45 minutes before the closing time we were just happy to eat a bite and we appreciate the service.
