"WOW! If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. A few months back we visited this site and had a pretty rough experience. The management was then very apologetic and assured us that they were in the middle of swapping over the top management and worked hard to get things back on track, and I would say that they did exactly that! Our waitress was up all night, the food came out FAST and perfect. We have 2 filets and a steak salad and they were all top notch. We are local in the area and are so excited to see this place so well. If you're in the area and looking for a great place to eat, I recommend Outback Steakhouse in Fultondale! Outback was covered, check-in said it would wait an hour. Fortunately, there were 2 seats at the bar so we took them. Cameron, our bar waiter, was great. Every seat was full and he waited for anyone sitting in the bar. We ordered steak and my wife ordered chickens and shrimp pasta. It was all cooked to perfection and really good.

I don't give Google reviews very often, but I felt like my service wasn't too good here! My waiting was not so long and was greeted by so many friendly faces. My server name was Tyler, and let me just say he was the most personal, friendly and consistent server! The food was excellent, I had ordered a steak, and it was phenomenal! I had asked our new server friend Tyler who had cooked the steak and it was a cook called Dustin. This experience was nothing less so excellent and I will definitely come back!

Bad reviews are not my thing, but honest reviews are. Please note that everything I post here is just my opinion. This place is a no for me. The staff is very friendly. Everything seemed clean and all right. We waited under 30 minutes. Our server was very fast to get our drinks. There was a problem in the toilet, but they had someone worked on it (not big thing we know that things happen) also the restroom was well equipped and wheelchair-friendly. Parking also wheelchair accessible. The food. The food is overpriced and subdued. I would definitely not recommend chicken. I'd rather cook at home and eat. I'm sorry.
