"In general, shortly after 7:00 we entered the Hellas . The restaurant is located in the city center, hidden in a small holiday home. A little shy and assigned to the table by a little old man. Since there are relatively few places, it is recommended to book. You sit on old padded benches and find some ducks here and there with more precise consideration. The place hasn't been changed for decades, which could explain the age of the waiter? So far so good: after this first impression, did we immediately get him from a younger waiter?? the cards were enough. The map has a clear starter selection, many cows, lambs and fish dishes, some German classics, pasta dishes and obligatory gyros and grill plates. We chose our appetizers and our drinks: Tzaziki, wine leaves filled with rice and feta with onion and oil, with half a liter of retsina, two glass of water and a fanta. Unfortunately, it is not possible to order the water by bottle. After a while, the older gentleman appeared again with our drinks and was now ready to take up our main courses. The Retsina is served in a kind of tin cup that fits well with the old-fashioned place and ambience. The wine tasted excellent for its 5 euros. Our main dishes were: grill plate with gros, Souwlaki and frykadelle with frits and salads, baked beef with ocraschote and baked lamb with rice. I was very hungry for the appetizers, unfortunately it took a feeling of eternity. At 7.50 there was not even bread on the table. Although the waiter had announced this and would not have disturbed me in the main course, I will be quite impatient if it takes almost an hour to get a record with Tzaziki in front of me. When the appetizer finally arrived, we were rewarded with good taste and abundant onions. It would have been nice if there were not only one piece of bread per person, but we wanted to blow the band two. A little later with a better mood thanks to appetizer, the baked dishes were served: small tons whose contents were baked with lots of cheese. Both dishes seem to have been too much, but delicious. There were no complaints! My grill was definitely too big for a woman. I really felt like meat, but the part would have been better suited for a man with hunger. There was a big mountain Gyros, four Souwlaki pieces, a Friikadelle, really perfect pommes and Greek salad on my plate crowned by more than enough onion rings. I fought through a large part of the really delicious grilled plate, then I gave myself. The price of 12 euros was quite reasonable, but you really should only order with a bear starving. I'm almost sorry for the lying food and I felt very uncomfortable with the waiter's question whether it had not tasted. It is possible to eat without problems. We liked to read our overcrowded shrubs soothing with ice-cooled Ouzo and fought very and not all to slumber on the benches... Those who have no stress and also like to spend a quiet evening will be sure to be happy in Hellas as a friend of typical Greek cuisine. However, long waiting times and large portions must be expected. There is nothing to complain about at the rate of performance. I will certainly go back to Hellas and choose a smaller part. It will not be my favorite Greek, but delicious wars Allal!"

"General After a delicious ice cream in the city, my friend and I came past the early evening of little hunger. We were looking for a nice café in the city centre, something new. My friend fell spontaneously at Cafe Inti at Wilhelmsplatz. I had lived a few months on foot, but never dared me. The Cafe Inti is located directly at Wilhelmsplatz and is rarely full. You can take a place on several tables outside or in the very large guest room inside. We chose a place outside the door. On the outside it was unfortunately a bit cool as it continues. Maybe blankets would be a good idea to dress even more chic ladies like me and my girlfriend as new clientele. We wanted to sit outside. Stupid group forcibly and spring collapse! The very large guest room is cozy with warm colors, the large glass fronts unfortunately counteract this impression again. Various decorative elements (carpets, etc. indicate that this is a Bolivian café. It doesn't seem so cozy. Nevertheless, I wanted to test it today. Very friendly we were greeted by a young gentleman, as well as by the counter on the way to the toilets of his colleague. A good start! The toilets were clean, but little lovingly designed. Here, too, maybe a small color would be nice. The overswelling of paper waste should also be emptied more regularly. During my absence, our waiter had tried to ask our drinks twice. He also gave us a third time to choose from. The drinking card is really huge. There is not only coffee, tea and soft drinks, here you can even order soy milk or lactose-free milk. You can also immediately notice that much value is placed on organic matter: the seal Bio stands against you on the map again and again. How to judge this is a question of opinion. The menu offers an amazing wide selection for a often more spicy restaurant. Often I only see people who read or enjoy a coffee (the look at Wilhelmsplatz usually enjoys enough that only at the edge! . The menu offers some selected small parts such as Empanadas, Tamales, Strudel, Pasta and Rolls as well as hearty cheese plates. Besides, some dishes, two soups and a few cakes in the showcase, if I remember correctly. There you can also make a picture of food before ordering. We chose a large water to €2.70, a Cola light to €2.20, a part of Pommes with mayonnaise to €3.90 for my girlfriend and once the flame cakes with salad to €4.90. The mayonnaise was not calculated separately. The flame cake was listed under small things and I would therefore rather ask how big the expected part was. Kindly, it was described to me that it was a small flame cake that would be about as big as half a plate. Our drinks made a flash. I was happy about the very small Coca-Cola glass (original that is rarely found and seen today. Our dishes were brought a little later: I tried the Pommes myself: Maybe a little too long in fat and just properly tempered for immediate consumption. Pommes. Unfortunately, the potato sticks cooled very quickly through the wind, again annoying because we wanted to sit outside. My friend tasted it. The mayonnaise was served in a separate glass bowl! Nice! My flame cake was really clear, seemingly self-made and thick. It was not a really thin flame cake, but a thicker dough that was thoroughly coated. I still tasted it. On the other hand, it would not have been enough with greater hunger. The salad dress was decorated with carrots and looked very fresh. Unfortunately, the taste remained on the track as there were no suits. It honors the cook that I can make the salad myself, but unfortunately both olive oil and the green head salad leaves were quite bitter. The future guests would also be delighted with a selection of dressings. The small things have a reasonable price level, but are also really nothing for normal to great hunger! I can recommend Café Inti to a delicious coffee or snack. I haven't tried the main courts yet, so no rating. Especially for those who want to look for something different and not always want to visit the usual cafes around Gänselisl. Maybe. I set myself to Café Inti with an exciting book and watch the ride on Wilhelmsplatz. Be careful and try it yourself!"

"General On a recommendation of an acquaintance, we visited Beijing Pavilion Restaurant for the first time on Sunday evening at 9 a.m. I was told that it was one of the few Chinese who cooked without glutamate. For me, glutamat-free cooking is a really important point because I am always very happy to eat Chinese, but it is usually not possible to enjoy it afterwards, as I have a light to medium-heavy glutamate tolerance. It's just an unimportant information. The Beijing Pavilion lies behind a slightly higher hedge easily hidden in the Friedrichstraße very close to the Wilhemsplatz. You should think it's very loud out there. That's not the case. It was amazingly calm. Due to the mild temperatures we chose a place in the rear part of the Terasse. All tables are covered with flower tablecloths and you sit on garden chairs with cozy seat cushions. Salt, pepper, Sambal Oelek and soy sauce are on every table. The outdoor area is L shaped around the restaurant. There are probably more than ten different large tables available. On our arrival, however, only three of them were occupied. During the evening, the outdoor area filled with view. Curious to the interior, I dared a look into the interior of the Beijing Pavilion and was positively surprised: not the usual slightly old-fashioned, danced furniture, freezing scent and old-fashioned, dusty china decoration, but the exact opposite! Large, pretty vases, plates, Chinese porcelain, a few bigger dragons: all as from the still-retaining China collection in the historic museum. I liked very good, simple, clean, but not impersonal! In the same way the table decoration inside pastel-colored tablecloths with white plaids and a matching candle! Chafing Dishes was still in the large guest room, which led me to a buffet. Sunday evening there is no buffet! A nice older Chinese woman told me about it. Sometimes you feel a little uncomfortable if you just want to look at a restaurant, but not here! I liked the decoration, the more excited I was on the service and the food. Because of the size of the rooms, I was not quite sure whether our arrival was noticed and therefore pointed to us on the very sung young waiter. After a short waiting period we were greeted again kindly and received the card. Thick leather bindings near a large map. Fortunately, the map was clear: one side for chicken, fish and duck dishes as well as other treats. Our waiter was young, simply dressed black and very attentive and friendly all night. No offensive or uninterested. That's exactly how I wish service if I want to spend a quiet evening! We chose both a small appetizer: Wan Tan soup and Kropeck crab chips. Our drinks came fast, including the appetizers. My soup was, as I had imagined, and the arbor was also fresh. A beautiful beginning! When cleaning the older service, it was very kindly asked if everything was okay. As a main dish we had both decided to a duck dish: Fried duck chop suey various fried vegetables not roasted soaked duck with a piquant sauce with mushrooms and bamboo extra We wanted to share to enjoy both dishes. The two dishes were not served with a hotplate. I don't understand why. There was rice in a separate dish. I started with the roasted duck, served with the piquant sauce in the separate scrub: very nice! The duck was a bit too dry for my taste, but it was also expected with a Greek duck, so no mistake of the kitchen. It is also good that you do not get the usual fat-containing duck skin. The piquant sauce was also really piquant several fresh mushrooms and pepper slices, if you want to grind now, then you could create the slightly gel-like consistency. That would be high-level stools! A lot of meat on a fresh soy sauce bed. Not quite my taste, but still delicious! Of course, the court of my friend Duck Chop Suey tasted much better. We haven't waited long and swapped shorthands. The Duck Chop Suey tasted very well: lots of vegetables, soft duck meat, liquid sauce and everything in sufficient amount. During the meal we had to make a lot of rice etc. and suddenly our bowl was empty. We quickly informed our waiter and other fresh rice we had to wait. Great! You have to say that it really tasted us both. But we left another dessert. Our preference was then with the ice salon in the city. On the way to the toilet I noticed that in the corner where the checkout stood there were some family pictures. Very sympathetic. It's a family business. The toilets, like the rest of the restaurant, were quite simple, noble and very clean! The Beijing Pavilion offers simple, Chinese ambience, delicious food at fair prices, a quiet atmosphere for all ages. Here you are welcome both alone and as a group. The food was fresh and the service is friendly and attentive, but with consideration. Maybe you can trust yourself to sell. I think it speaks for itself that the place was filled in the evening. Here you seem to go regularly! For me a long time one of the best Chinese! I'd like to come back! P.S.: I don't know if there is really no glutamate. I'm afraid there was a slight discomfort. In case of severe glutamate tolerance, ask sensitive again!"

"Generally on Monday evening my friend took me from work and we wanted to eat together like a tradition. This time we had chosen the Madras Vanakam, as we both like to eat Indian food and no longer know this restaurant. In the beginning it was not quite clear whether it is only a delivery service, as the restaurant does not make much advertising and probably includes a large part of the sales from the delivery service. I had ordered a table at 6:00. Location Who is motorized can find a free parking here without any problems on the side streets. The restaurant is located in the residential area of Grone. There is also a bus stop near the run. As previously assumed, we did not have to reserve the first guests. You enter the guest room through a glass door and see the counter on the right side, left behind a door outside, straight out the door to the toilets. The square room is very bright as there are windows on three sides. The floor is tiled in terracotta and therefore looks a little unpleasant. Unreal palms as well as Indian decorations contribute to the truly creepy eating experience. The room is structured by different partitions, the red walls and tablecloths are adapted to the tiles. All tables were covered with white middle blanket, fresh flowers, cutlery and matching dark paper napkins. I'm sure someone was thinking in the facility. The black leather chairs are very comfortable! Despite everything, I didn't find it very cozy. This was probably due to the fact that the door to the toilets did not lock properly and made me so crazy. In the evening some isolated guests came to us. Service A moderate gentleman served us all night. He was always kind, trained in service, but reserved. So we didn't get the right information about the Indian red wine I'd like to have, because I never drank it, nor did anyone really take care of us after we had fed in the end. A dog bag for the large portions and EC payments were easily possible. Cleanliness The toilets were a little older, but clean. Otherwise everything was pico bello. Food beverages At the beginning we ordered a bottle of still water 0.75 L Vio at 5 €. I'm glad we weren't tortured with Gerolsteiner. We wanted to drink a glass of red wine and choose a glass of Indian red wine from 0.2 L to 5 €. The choice of alcohol is unfortunately quite limited and there seems to be no real idea. As an appetizer we chose a soup: Murgha Shorba chicken soup with fried chickpeas and flour, piquant spiced on 4 € Dal Shorba Indian lentil soup up to 3 € Both soups were served very hot in sauces and were well seasoned. This kind of soup offers a good variety and has both tasted well. We also ordered Garlic Nan Sauerteig Fladenbrot from finest wheat flour with freshly chopped garlic to €2.50, which can be compared with any Nan in the competition. The part was pretty big. Fat, juicy, delicious! Do not eat when an important customer appointment or soon date is due the next morning; As a main dish my girlfriend chose the lamb Tikka Masala in ginger, marinated with garlic, special herbs, spices and red yoghurt cream sauce, grilled in Tandoori oven and briefly roasted with tomatoes, onions and peppers at €13.50 and I very innovative Madras Vanakam Birya rice dish with meat, I wanted to try something new and I was very swollen. Both dishes were quite large portions. As expected, the lamb was moderately sharp and was served with rice, the meat in the stewable metal pot. The yoghurt sauce really made me feel sharp. The vegetables were fresh and well matched with the good garden meat. My dish seemed like a hot mess of meat pieces of different origin, vegetables and rice. It wasn't my court. Well prepared, fresh, but I won't order it again. I was too tired of appetizers and promising dumplings again and not even half eaten. Nevertheless, I was a little sad that I had ordered. At a reasonable price of 13 € pity. The friend of my friend has certainly enjoyed it the next day in the lunch break. Unfortunately, we could not agree with Dessert or another glass of wine, because we simply were no longer properly perceived by the service. We were not so hungry anyway. After a while we ordered a Masala Chai at 2 €. I love this mixture of tea, milk and spices. Most coffee drinkers will certainly be cruel. With cookies a successful conclusion. SPS scales, appetizers and desserts are more classified in the lower price segment, the main dishes are very large and therefore not so expensive in proportion. However, if you do not know this before and the great amount of food can not take later, it is annoying if you simply throw away a lot. Half portions would be a great idea. The ambience is typical Indian and the service is also reserved, friendly, rather passive, therefore no discount here. Conclusion The Madras Vanakam offers the right atmosphere for an undisturbed evening with the girlfriend and offers a good kitchen that awaits with large portions. If you want to eat well Indian, do not hesitate to a suburb and do not focus on a great service, you can spend a nice evening here. However, the delivery service should also be very good."

"Dinner, 9 people, with TG 25 € for 1 person General After a busy day and evening meeting, 9 hungry colleagues took their way to the noodle house. It was reserved for 20.30. Service and service My boss said that nothing has changed here for 25 years and it seems to be. The institution is students rustic. Simple, dark wood dominates. The tables are divided into smaller groups on empires. You feel very at home here. Usually it's always quite crowded here, this Tuesday night it was only moderately full. At the end of the elongated room we had given a longer table. We were responsible for a young lady who was probably still studying. She was very friendly and even brought a little water to our four-legged friend. We had to say the numbers for the courts. The cutlery box is placed on the table with napkins. Otherwise it was relatively unspectacular. It didn't convince me. Cleanliness I didn't visit the toilets, but can't complain. In the noodle house there is a huge selection of freshly produced noodles with everything you can mix with the delicious things. The noodles with cream sauce and fresh mushrooms are particularly noticeable. But since I've always eaten this combination, I've been forced to order something else. After a long time I chose noodles by type of house (band noodles with crabs, ham, peas and tomato sauce). At the price I am not so sure anymore, I think it was 8 to 10 €. My white wine from Rheinhessen was probably €4.50 and a large water. My wine can be cut well. The noodles, on the other hand, were really so tasty that I could put myself in. Perfectly matched, not too hard or soft, fresh little crabs, ham and my beloved peas. It tasted good. My colleagues were also thrilled by the often chosen stone mushroom noodles. One colleague even chose the extravagant poppy noodles with figs and started happy. Of course the ladies wanted Dessert. How happy my eye saw a homemade chocolate souffle. Order! Maybe there was this lovely liquid core? A small souffle with a ball vanilla ice cream, apple columns, a little raspberries, pomegranate seeds and semi-finished grapes, all immersed with chocolate sauce. Looks good! The ice was unfortunately of medium quality, but the fruit was fresh and beautiful. Unfortunately, my hoped chocolate core does not exist in liquid form. Too bad that gave the rash to the 5th star. Another successful conclusion. For a colleague I paid my bet in the form of a wheat. The PLV is completely fine in the noodle house. The portions are normal too large. Conclusion The Nudelhaus is a long-standing institution in Göttingen and changes little. The noodles are self-made and can be found in many variations on the map. Nudel lovers are here at your expense. The PLV and cleanliness are fine, the service is friendly, but rather average. This time it convinced me again and I like to come back."

"In general Shortly before Christmas I met with a friend on Friday in the still relatively new Café Birds in Nikolaistraße. For a long time I wanted to visit this café myself to give me an impression. Location The birds are located in a side street of Groner Straße, which lies directly in the city centre, very close to the Nikolaikirche. Ambiente Who stands a little on vintage and loves the mix of old and new will love it here. A large, bright room with large window to the street, which was filled with many small tables and old chairs. The walls pleasantly light green and the tables made of wood. Everything fits perfectly here, because not everything has been matched and still does not look cut off. Thousands of small details, e.g. bird cages, are busy with visitors for a long time. Sometimes you feel like Grandma, the pretty flower plate also fits into the picture. You could say the dream of the real girl with a lot of love and handwork. The toilet is very small, details like a golden chain for toilet paper rolls give some charm here too. The large L-shaped wooden counter houses a good coffee machine and all kinds of treats such as cakes etc. The various small snacks are offered on large plates on the walls. I liked it so well because it's not the classic and boring coffee bar I definitely have to come back. The audience was too old and it was pretty crowded. Eating Drinks PLV I first chose a large cranberry Choir 0.4 L, later a chai latte and a sesame shop with soft cheese and fig honeysenf sauce at 4,50 €? The drinks are served cool and there was nothing to bring out. The selection of dishes is available in all types of cakes, e.g. beautiful muddy banana cakes and a kind of thread bread with different covers approx. 15 cm diameter limited. The cake tasted good to my friend, but the piece was really very small and therefore something too expensive. My sesame bottle had been warmed slightly and contained some rocket, soft cheese and the delicious fig mustard sauce. Absolutely a great dinner! I have to try the four other varieties with Dunning. Especially for my friend who is lactose-intolerant, it was very pleasant here that it produces vegan food from his own production with a lot of love. In the evening there is even a cocktail selection! Self-made is written here! Up! I paid €12 for two drinks and a dish. But we were there long. Cleanliness The toilets are clean, but really very small, only for large people it could be difficult here with the ceiling height. Unfortunately, the toilet paper was missing. The glasses and plates would also be clean. Service The service is a student, friendly and attentive. But at the beginning I felt obliged to order because I was a bit too early before my girlfriend came. Unfortunately, there is no account that should be improved. Conclusion The birds are a lovingly designed coffee with a lot of manual work. You can stay here for a long time and speak in detail. The small selection has a positive effect on the quality of food and drinks. I felt very comfortable here and want to come back!"
