"I have never experienced such amazing service at a restaurant in my life. Whatever you are paying your staff, double it lol. Especially the shorter guy with the accent. Truly outstanding. I don't usually leave reviews, but the staff is exceptional. The food was really good, not too greasy. The highlight was the sauces, they were fantastic."

"great experience. the food tasted just as it should be. a $30 rib eye should taste like a $30 rib eye, and that's what you did. My wife ordered the cousin (in a steak house she's so funny) and I hate to admit that it was delicious, as well as the other side. I am happy to pay a few extra dollars for this type of food and service. if you need fantastic meat and bourbon to fulfill your feelingless heart and empty your wallet, this is the place to go."

"that was our first Indian food experience in alabama since we moved here. we always have our stack-lovers we order when we are looking for Indians. our favorite and what will let us come back is chicken tikka masala, but this one had an overwhelming amount of swirling in it. We've never seen this before in this court, and unfortunately it was all we could taste. it was also incredibly sweet, and unfortunately just not pleasant. the saag distributor was simply ok, not much taste and we ended to season it yourself. naan was in order, quite normal. something new we tried was the gobi manchurian. that was really very tasty, but would recommend to order it only in the restaurant because it becomes soggy fast when they do not eat it fresh. not her fault, only a part of the saucy fried food when they pack it. for us that was not, and we will continue to search for our visit. but the restaurant is sweet and the workers are sweet. possible other dishes will be a better experience than what we had."

"If you are looking for a good burger, this is definitely the place for you. After some reviews, I decided to try the Lambburger and it was all they said and more. The burger itself was perfectly cooked, juicy with a desirable texture. It was mixed with red paprika and a tasteful feta cheese, which was well mixed together and on what seemed a whole wheat bean. Not your averageburger in any case. I mentioned that the staff was great.(Berry that I ended the burger before I thought to make a photo)."

"we were so excited for the new start, but disappointed from our first experience back. I went through at 10:28 to order the lunch for my 3yo and they wouldn't submit the order for me since lunch begins at 10:30. I was ordered in so easy nuggets for me instead of a full meal, waited in line 10mins and then moved back to get her children's meal. really hard experience for a mother with young children. not the Chick-fil-A we know and love!"

"service was excellent and so was the meal. the employees should put a piece at the back for their service to the customers, which gave a lot at the time I was there. even if they were packed, the speed of the service was very fast and ready as I had requested. clean toilets, beautiful interiors, parking space when they are an eating, is a little on the dense side especially when lunch. but Drive-Thru moves very fast."

"We finally got a chance to try this restaurant and had a flyer for a free appetizer with no expiration date which they honored even though we had it for a while. The chips and queso was very good. Our drinks arrived at the table quickly and fast as if you were seated at the bar. I ordered the shrimp and grits and my wife ordered the chef salad. We had enough time to finish the appetizer before our entrees arrived. The Shrimp grits was outstanding. I thought the dish needed just a little more grits but I am probably being too critical. My wife’s chef salad was fresh and delicious and what she didn’t eat for dinner was my lunch the following day. Our side order of sweet potato fries was awesome! It has been a long time since we’ve tasted sweet potato fries this good. For dessert the scoop of ice cream with chocolate and caramel was generously applied. It was like my wife snuck into the kitchen and made it herself. The staff is super friendly and attentive. Our server Elle was great and it is clear why this restaurant is a favorite hangout of the locals. We sat out on the patio which is dog friendly. We are definitely looking forward to returning here in the near future."

"Shoulda got a sammich. 4 of us went to Jason's Deli for a late supper. One got a salad and enjoyed it. One got pastrami and loved it. One got a reuben and thought it was just fine. One got the chicken pot pie soup and liked it....then there's me.<br/ <br/ I got a bowl of the chicken noodle soup and the penne pasta with meatballs and Italian sauce. The soup was highly seasoned. It would have been good soup if it had been hot. It was barely warm. Disappointing soup for me. The meatballs were generic and I suspect mass produced and frozen at the Acme Meatball Company and shipped to Jason's in bulk. The Italian sauce was so so but the pasta was like wet paper. I left half of ti behind.<br/ <br/ The sandwiches were a big hit. I'll be back and stay away from the tepid soup and the pasta and enjoy one of the tasty sammiches instead."

"I got to taste a bit of everyone's orders and they were all excellent with one big exception. The Lima bean mash was so over salted I couldn't eat it. The fried chicken was phenomenal. It was a tad too spicy for some so a warning would be a good idea. The paneer chicken was also phenomenal as was the peach bread pudding."

"Fried chicken platter was very good and way too much food. Breakfast food was very good. Biscuits and gravy was awesome and lots of it. You will leave stuffed. The staff was awesome and our food came out fast. Plan to wait for a table if you are dining prime time. We went at 2:00 on a Sunday and we’re sat immediately but waited on the food."

"You absolutely have to try the gumbo! I dined in for dinner, and the price per person was between $10 and $20. The food was outstanding, earning a perfect score of 5. The service was also top-notch, and I would rate it a 5 as well. The atmosphere was inviting and enjoyable, also receiving a 5."

"Hostess was unfriendly and needed training in how to greet and treat us. Temperature in the entire restaurant was very cold. We asked hostess to please have the air conditioning turned down. She hesitated, seeming uninterested. Customers to our right and left then supported our request. She said then, unenthusiastically, okay. A while later air conditioner continued to stay on. Finally, I asked a male waiter to ask the manager to change temp. He politely agreed and did so. However, after a while, still nothing happened. Eventually, manager came to our table, no smile and cooly said she had been busy in the kitchen when the young man told her. Apparently, the hostess had never said a word. Manager then went to change thermostat. Restaurant warmed for a little while, then soon very cold air again. We gave up as the food was good and we would soon be leaving. Suggestion: Olive Garden needs to do some serious training of it's staff in PR and temp needs to be better regulated. We used to go often, but for last 3-4 years have stayed away, mostly because of these very issues. One good note. Our waitress was very good, polite, skilled, attentive, obviously trained some other place. I live 1 1/2 miles from Olive Garden. It's a shame this place where once we and friends loved to dine has gone down so much. Oh, very few customer in the restaurant for obvious reasons, so large crowd was no excuse for the service. Husband and I halved our meal, as we often do, as we do not eat as much now that we are Seniors."

"Food good. Waiter good. Managers are definitely NOT customer service oriented. Tonight we were unable to pay when we finished dinner because their computer went down. 30 minutes later we were still waiting to pay and leave. Overheard one manager tellwaiter ? Just give them drinks and let them wait.? Another 10 minutes we waited and I asked the manager didn?t they have aback-up system and he said no. He said it would be another 20 minutes. Finally the waiter brought out a manual paper copyscanner for credit cards. Suddenly their computer system started working. The manager apologized by explaining they didn?t wantto do the paper process because they had to put everything in later and it was a lot of trouble. I asked what about the customerwho had to wait 45 minutes. He merely shrugged. Bottom line?he just didn?t care about customer inconvenience. Bad for business. There are other places to go for wings where the business cares about their customer. I won?t be going back there."

"I give 2 stars, because when we arrived there we found the restaurant was only for the ride thru when we were back to home the full experience was ruined, the eating was cold, so I was not impressed at all, they should have on their website that the restaurant was only for the ride thru"

"It's a Zax, they're all the same no matter the location or state. I good place for a fast meal but always best to order online and pick up. The lines can be long and slow at times in drive-thru."

"Names can be deceiving! Cafe usually means: a small restaurant selling light meals and drinks; ie, coffeehouse. Ragtime Cafe is a straight up bar that tries to pull off a sports theme, and oh yeah, they sell food. As soon as we walked in the bar was standing room only! The hostess stand was empty and we had to wait on someone to greet us. The server that took us to our table took our drink order and never returned. Finally a second server came to take our drink order and see if we had any questions. Menu prices were over priced for bar food. We orders the combo appetizer and some fried dill pickle chips. We tried spending our time having a conversation while waiting on our food, but the crowd volume was very loud. The dining room was packed and too get out a paetron had to move his chair out of the way. (Something tells me it is against fire code to block the exit to the dining room. The food finally came after about a 30 min wait. (too long for appetizers The combo appetizer included: Mozzarella sticks, loaded potato skins, wings and chicken fingers. The plate was covered with the grease from the wings, which were overcooked and dripping with too much sauce. The loaded potato skins were dry, poorly seasoned and had a little cheese, some bacon bits and a pinch of green onion. The chicken fingers were large, chewy, stringy and overcooked. The mozzarella sticks were a frozen, pre-made, processed cheese product. (Please remove mozzarella from the name, because it doesn 't include any actual mozzarella The marina sauce was vinegar, sugar and tomato paste. Just overall BAD! Ranch dressing was watery, honey mustard appeared to be homemade but had an overall tart mustard flavor. (no honey involved BBQ sauce was very good, very familiar flavor. (ie: sweet baby rays! The fried dill pickles appeared to be made in house and not frozen. Thick dill pickle chips , lightly battered and served with a spicy cajun sauce. They were very good! Diet Coke was excellent!!! Two stars due to polite server, fried pickles and Diet Coke. If you into overpriced, poorly done bar food, overly loud atmosphere and forgotten fire codes, then this place might be for you. Just not for us! Unfortunately, will NOT be back to this cafe ."

"Against my gut feeling from my last unsatisfied experience, I wanted to order a breakfast sandwich to pickup on my way to work.I first tried to use the app which I could not get to work. I called the store to put in a to go order and after being on hold for several minutes I was disconnected. I called again and was put on hold, but I could hear the employees in the background saying, I think it 's the same lady who just called. I held for 6 minutes and 24 seconds then was disconnected...hung up on me. I went into the store and ordered a bagel w/cream cheese and asked to speak with the manager. There was at the most eight people in the store. While I waited I looked around and saw one employee walking around with a headset playing on his phone doing nothing. He did come over and asked if I needed some help. I said, yes, I want to see the manager. After a minute or so the manager came out and asked what was going on and I explained to him what happened with phone situation and that I was in hurry which is why I was trying to order breakfast for pickup. He tried to tell me how short staffed and busy they were. I said and I quote, yes yall look real busy . He just looked at me and said have a good day. This is so disappointing. This was b/w 9:15-9:30am on 9/16/22"

"We were seated immediately since there was only one other couple in the restaurant. We ordered from the senior menu. Another couple arrived ordered and got their food before we got ours. My husband's turkey was missing the gravy. He asked the waitress to bring it. Otherwise the food was good. About 10 minutes later she returned and said they were out of gravy. We didn't see her again. The highlight of the meal was when the manager told us that the other couple paid our check!Dietary restrictions: Good low carb options"

"I don't care what taco bell you're going to you, you'll always find those couple dinge. I was at hundreds without exaggeration, so believe me when I say don’t get the beef. that includes tacos, Mexican pizza. whatever they still put in meat. they will go to the bathroom in a hurry to see their meal again. I deserve you. guaranteed to cause leak. - Use your fantasy. only menu items that they will not send in a hurry to the bathroom is huh or steak quesadilla without the creamy jalapeno sauce that accelerates the journey from 4-6 hours to 2 hours."

"Just visited this Valleydale location. Long story short, I 'm at the Zxbys now after waiting at MickeyD 's for a total of 20 minutes in drivethru without anyone ever greeting me. I even drove around to make sure they weren 't closed. They were definitely opened, I guess no service after 7pm on Fridays?? I would 've been cool with a I 'll be with you in a moment !"
