"Sat on the patio for lunch on a beautiful day, and it was very pleasant despite the music being just a bit too loud. The service was excellent, and the plating was very appealing. The food was good to very good, and the alcoholic drinks were a a little light on the alcohol. Parking is easy because of the large parking lot. I would definitely come back if I was looking for patio dining on this end of the valley, and I will try the Westlake Village location. I'd really like to try some other things on the menu.Like a lot of restaurants have trended toward, you get less for the price here which inspires me to not buy a second drink. My wine was small but good. My husband got their Bourbon Mash which would have been delicious if it hadn't tasted so watered down. Maybe the other location is better. We shared a delicious Bavarian Pretzel and dips. My husband loved the pepperoni pizza, and I enjoyed the Prime Rib Cheesesteak which was better than many other restaurants but still somewhat lacking but much improved after I added the leftover mustard from the pretzel. The cheesesteak came with fries which I upgraded to truffle fries, and what appeared to be house made chips. The fries we absolutely disappointing in any context, and I only had a few but the chips were really very good even as leftovers.I'm a picky B about food and like rich, complex, or just strong flavors, so for most people the food here will be great, but it was a little bland for me. Texture is another issue for me, and this entire meal was spot on for texture. For this reason, I look forward to trying more items on the menu."

"Before I give my rating, let me say u can 100%give a legit honest review for the following reasons: I used to work here up until they switched owners as a hostess)and I had everything on the original menu.Today, was my first time eating there with new owners. It was unbelievably dead and void of people, lacked the ambiance it once had. No owners on site,no hamd menus,it appeared ti be sorta like a combination between fast food and restaurant picking from a wall menu and serving your own drinks in plastic cups.We were served on metal trays with paper on them, they don't serve the food on plates but paper and small paper trays. My son 13) said the trays made it feel like he was in a prison. His ribs were lukewarm, as was my try tip.I ate paper withmy meal because I had ti cut my try tip ,therefor tearing the paper on trays.when we got there only 3 tables including us) were in rosies. My sonsbaked beans look dry and left over.I want to note that I don't favor either owner as I met him when he first came ,He's friends with the original owner. What I will say is I miss the original menu, environment, servers and I miss the family friendly it original had. There was always laughter, conversations ppl catching up and the owner was always involved in one way or another. I wasn't comfortable here and we only ate half of food before deciding to go home .my son looked at me and said it was alright I don't see us coming back here ,we'll maybe as a second d option. And he's 13. On a good note I really appreciate the bus boy God forbid they have servers) reheating my food and checking to see if there's egg in the rolls. He was super friendly an African American fellow wearing all black) . His kindness was thr only positive aspect at rosies bbq and grillery on carbon in Northridge."

"I recently had the pleasure of attending my first cooking class, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Held under the expert guidance of Chef Luana, this class transformed my understanding of home cooking, making me feel both welcome and part of a family. From the moment I walked into the kitchen, Chef Luana’s warmth and hospitality were evident. She created an inviting atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. It felt less like a formal class and more like cooking with friends and family in a cozy home setting. The highlight of the class was learning to make fresh pasta and sauce from scratch. Chef Luana's expertise shone through as she patiently guided us through each step, sharing tips and techniques that are invaluable for any home cook. We made two different types of pasta: Alfredo and spaghetti, each paired with its own delicious sauce. The Alfredo pasta was a creamy delight, rich and velvety, yet perfectly balanced. The sauce clung to the pasta, creating a mouthwatering combination that was nothing short of perfection. The spaghetti, on the other hand, was a testament to the beauty of simplicity. Fresh, flavorful, and cooked to al dente perfection, it was paired with a robust tomato sauce that highlighted the quality of the ingredients and the skill involved in its preparation. The food was not just delicious; it was a testament to the power of fresh ingredients and homemade techniques. The portion sizes were generous, and the presentation was appealing, making the entire meal a feast for both the eyes and the palate. Beyond the incredible food, what truly stood out was the sense of community and camaraderie that Chef Luana fostered. Her passion for cooking and teaching was infectious, making the experience both educational and incredibly enjoyable. Overall, this cooking class with Chef Luana was a perfect introduction to the world of culinary arts. I left with not only new skills and recipes but also cherished memories and a deeper appreciation for the art of cooking. I highly recommend this class to anyone looking to enhance their cooking abilities or simply enjoy a fantastic culinary experience."
