"Food was good, not outstanding in my opinion but good. Restaurant was clean , tables spaced nicely and set with cloth table cloths and napkins. The environment could have been charming if it was in good repair and more organized. When you enter the front door you are greeted with a junk room to the left and a beautiful carved Victorian stair case just ahead of you. The staircase had seen better days and there was a very visable hole in the ceiling at the top of the stairs. The dining area where we were seated had holes in the ceiling and BLACK MOLD, coming through the paint where there most likely is an ongoing leak. (SEE PICS) Made me wonder what the kitchen looked like?Options for dine in restaurants in Keyser are limited and I am sure Covid has impacted their business. They may not have the income to properly maintain this historic property.Seems like a bit of organizing in the entry way and some paint and caulk could go a long way in fixing up the destractions that make for a less then ideal dining experience.Their deserts were amazing and definitely worth coming back again for. Maybe carryout next time."
