"we are just a short walk from fellini. we like to explore the city that looks for new places to din and one night I have eaten pasta. we have passed so many places that were not yet open for dinner or were not even open. So, we continued to go, stop in business, and hoped to open time for a place to kill. we have turned the corner to see this place that just started for dinner service. first to come and somehow out of place no reservation, casually dressed we were greeted with open poor. our weights, light entertainment, a charming German Italian walk through the large hand written menu and drinks suggested. just sitting and waiting in the anticipation in this restaurant is a tasty bite. the dining room is filled with antiques, paintings, photographs and very elite looking diners pour into the know each and the selection of their favorite wines. frankly, we thought we would penetrate into a very exclusive party of the socialists and they let us just stay! a neger and an aperol splash later we were greeted with a free opener, then the carpacabcio soon came and butter the prestige was a seafood plate with not one, but three objects, including two filets and a large longustin. then came dessert profiterole filled with cream and chocolate and a panna cotta that was beyond. we had wee pair and finished with espresso and limoncello. our server gave us a card that explains that his brother was in the kitchen and offers us to come back. it was just the sweetest destination to a whimsical dinner and we felt so grateful to find such a breathtaking place near our new house. we had a tasting menu with friends in a beautiful restaurant and the cost were with a prix fixe, but without reservation and it was a totally random selection it was perfection. we plan to make this our special occasion and to weep the elder restaurant. if in Cologne/Cologne this is the place, but make a reservation and dress a lil!"

"Very nice restaurant, with friendly servers and all very helpful with questions and adjustments to orders. They also served the appetizers fairly quickly, but then gave us time to eat and then digest them before bringing our main courses. We ordered the Warm and Cold...appetizer dishes, with cucumbers, tomatoes, fish eggs, a salty olive pate, and the hot had fried zucchinis and eggplants, tomatoes with cheese, shrimps, and some other stuff that all tasted good, but if these are ordered, be wary on how much main courses are, or one could end up too full! The Grilled Plate had round French fries which were really delicious, with a nicely cooked meat; the Schweine Spiss was a kabob with pieces of well cooked meat, a small salad on the side, and good roasted potato; The Lachs Filet, salmon with red beet risotto “moat” around the fish, looked great and tasted great. The salmon was a nice thick filet, tender and flaky; the Weisser Spargel plate had Italian and Spanish cold meats and a Hollandaise sauce over the asparagus, which were long thick pieces and not overcooked; the Lamm Schulter was cooked with a red wine sauce that was very enjoyable along with asparagus; and the dish I ordered, the Wolfsbarsch, Sea bass, was nicely presented and cooked, a deliciously sweet square of polenta cooked with the crème brule sauce, plus I ordered the Spargel soup, which was really good tho the asparagus pieces were a bit undercooked; overall this meal wasn’t too filling and I ate the polenta as desert, not too sweet, but didn’t need any dessert after the meal"

"I can only warn before a visit! Not that food is bad, no, on the contrary: The meat is a dream, excellent quality. And yet I would recommend an alternative if you would like to have a nice evening: we were a total of 5x in the store within a year. 4x private, 1x with company 8 persons. At no time, everything was fine. Always came either dietary supplements, long after the meat, the plates or the orders were swapped in Ach, should the Rumpsteak be medium or the operation from Andalusia has quickly beaten in German, so there were massive communication problems that we could even speak Spanish only that we have come to the end that it is Spanish. But ultimately, my last visit, which I would like to present in full glory, is crucial for my strong warning: my wife and I, about 20h, accompanied by two friends from Brazil. We wanted to start a nice evening at the Colina. When the drinks came, the waiter tipped off the red wine glass from the tray and smashed the table and the floor, but above all the clothes of my wife, who were really wet and my shirt jeans. The waiter himself did this super sorrow, the boss came and squealed sorry with a rather boring tone, wiped off the table, ignored the rest and then said in the O-Ton: for that it now smells nice at the table. Also discreet clues to the dirty clothes were simply ignored. There was no single signal of penance, only superficial indifference, so it felt. The supplements came after we had eaten the meat, we had to reorder drinks up to 4x for the same drink, ice cream for a Cola I: Would you please have ice cream for the Cola? Chef: We did not come, reordered, not come, reordered. When the ice came, the Cola was empty for 10-12 minutes. The evening was called to Colina, the clothes we can save with a trick milk can help with red wine! And also: How many mistakes happen and seems to be of interest to everyone?! And if you go several times: what does it mean if everything is error-free at NO time? My impression: The store is full, the boss doesn't care about his guests in the centimeter. The cellars are unqualified and fresh or cheap students coming from abroad. They're all very nice, but I'm afraid the boss will pick up low-cost staff from abroad and get the money, but he doesn't care about the responsibility for his guests. This is my impression after the last visits. Our invoices were not EUR 15, but EUR 60-80 per person. If you are up to 8 people, it should be clear that you expect at least one work service, right? Who doesn't care and who wants to take the risk: the meat is great! If you do not accidentally get a normal piece instead of Dry-Aged, or ask yourself about its too much roasted piece until the side table is made good for too **** and it becomes clear that the plates were exchanged. In these situations it is of the utmost importance as a shop reacts to it. Whether it is a gastronomic or entrepreneurial activity. Conclusion: I will no longer visit Colina for at least one year or more and hope that the other will do. Perhaps the shop will learn how to treat its mistakes in this way. Earlier attempts to communicate cautiously sometimes failed in indifference and uninterest. Then I have nothing to look for here as a guest."
