"Who ever worked the front Monday May 9th at 2pm really ruined my experience. I was really excited to try this place when I had moved in the area. I ordered a smoothie and a sandwich and ended up waiting 30 minutes when there was literally nobody else inside. I went up and politely reminded her that I was still waiting and she literally did nothing. It was only when the cook came from the back 5 minutes after that when he asked what I was waiting on that I was given a cold soup. I really regret tipping."

"We paid 6 dollars for 4 sauces and only got two sauces. For the most expensive sauces i have ever had in my life im EXTREMELY disappointed. I would like my $3.60 back if possible. For outrageous prices its so ridiculous that they miss that. I did not spend 6 dollars for just 2 sauces or id never have baught them in the first place. The food is great, but this isnt the first time sauces have been missed on my order."

"I ordered my child a 6 count happy meal with double fries. We got home and opened it to a 4 count nuggets, one thing of fries that was half empty and the fries were old and soggy and a the box full of tons of ketchup packets when we asked for ranch. I've never had problems at this location before but this has me super frustrated as I tried to call and was hung up on. Thanks for the terrible service today. Service: Take out"

"Carl's Jr. has always been one of the best fast foods and always comfortable for me. The food is good and hot, and the frits are also really good. My kids always want the other place, but I'll take her to Carl's Jr. because I can't stand Mc! The children's meals are better at the other place, but a card board cutout is not a toy that every child wants."

"I guess I should've read the reviews before going here but I was on my way home from work, too exhausted to cook and it sounded better than anything else in the area. Mistake. There were 3 cars in the drive thru when I arrived, all had ordered. I ordered online on my way home, it said it would be was ready at 6:27. I arrived at 6:30. Went in to pick up, not ready. Waited a few minutes beforefew minutes and a girl came in from taking out a doordah order and asked my name. I then heard he tell the back staff (I saw 5 employees) that I was waiting. Several minutes later I heard her ask if they were taking care of my order to which someone responded no. This lovely chick dropped whatever she was doing and threw my order together herself. I appreciate the effort. However, I got no gravy for my mashed potatoes, no butter/honey for the biscuits . The chicken tenders I ordered were just a cut up piece of chicken (there was 2 actual strips for an 8 piece order) and the chicken was lukewarm. Called and spoke with the manager, he apologized and said he must've been in the restroom when my order was prepared (lmao) convenient. Then I had to call the online ordering thing because he couldn't help me since I ordered it online. The lady was super sweet but couldn't transfer me to the refund department, offered me a partial refund unless I wanted it sent higher up. So I shall wait and see what happened. 5 employees on a weeknight with minimal customers in in the drive thru is more than adequate I would think. Just don't go here."

"only reason i give this place a 2 star is because the chicken sandwich was mediocre. i got my sandwich and it was wrong. when i asked them to replace it they asked me to give them the old one to THROW IT AWAY.
