"Who ever worked the front Monday May 9th at 2pm really ruined my experience. I was really excited to try this place when I had moved in the area. I ordered a smoothie and a sandwich and ended up waiting 30 minutes when there was literally nobody else inside. I went up and politely reminded her that I was still waiting and she literally did nothing. It was only when the cook came from the back 5 minutes after that when he asked what I was waiting on that I was given a cold soup. I really regret tipping."

"We paid 6 dollars for 4 sauces and only got two sauces. For the most expensive sauces i have ever had in my life im EXTREMELY disappointed. I would like my $3.60 back if possible. For outrageous prices its so ridiculous that they miss that. I did not spend 6 dollars for just 2 sauces or id never have baught them in the first place. The food is great, but this isnt the first time sauces have been missed on my order."

"I ordered my child a 6 count happy meal with double fries. We got home and opened it to a 4 count nuggets, one thing of fries that was half empty and the fries were old and soggy and a the box full of tons of ketchup packets when we asked for ranch. I've never had problems at this location before but this has me super frustrated as I tried to call and was hung up on. Thanks for the terrible service today. Service: Take out"
