"The ambience is very nice, the service is very good and friendly, which must also be somehow at prices. One is brought to his table and all wear uniform clothes (where I wonder if one could not sort knee stockings with holes in the belly... The map is very extensive and everything is really expensive. Sushi card is available on request. You will be asked if you want a bottle of water (which you get, costs 7.90€ so possibly denied and order the other water on the map We had the bread basket with Dips as "Avocado and a red spicy DIp, both was good, but the croupuk was not fresh the bread hard and there was exactly one piece of Pappadam, which I also did not find justified for 5€ and the reputation of the mangostin. In addition, we had a duck salad with mango, for almost 18€ as an appetizer, which really was very tasty!!! and a spirited coconut soup, for almost 10€, which was interesting in a bowl with ice cream, but tasted after cold-foamed coconut milk, so I was no longer good after that. When the main dish I had Teryaki duck, the duck was unfortunately not crispy at all and lay on mushrooms and spring onion (6 slices duck! for 25 € My husband had beef from wok at the same price, that was probably quite good. There was also rice on request. My conclusion, for good Asian food, you don't have to go to the mangostin. The evening cost over 100€ and we waited 30 minutes for the SChluss until our service came back so we could ask for the bill. It tastes better in normal Asian restaurants! Too bad"

"We had the 4 course menu and decided against wine matching. I 've been many more times disappointed than happy with pairings, so we went with a Sudsteiermark Sauvignon Blanc and it was terrific with our pairings. (My husband had a glass of the recommended red wine, a Malbec, in addition, with his beef. Both disappointing, more on that later. The Amuse Bouche was two generous pieces of deep fried sushi rice with a spicy tuna paste topping, with a complimentary glass of Der Dicke Fritz sparkling Mueller Thurgau. An unusual choice that turned out to be great with the AB. The AB itself was delicious very spicy but quite to our taste with wonderful textures. Next was MUN 's Sushi selection 6 pieces of pristinely fresh fish (with minute but effective toppings, which added, alternatively, wasabi, ginger and chili flavors to the fish. I normally don 't add soy sauce or ginger to really good sushi, but our server said that the soy sauce was house made and I shouldn 't hesitate to try some with the sushi. She was right (just a touch was enough . We both had Tuna Tartare for the next course. Rather unusual coarse with macadamia nuts chopped in the same size. Was nice and fresh, but I had a stringy piece of gristle or tendon (what do you call that in a piece of tuna? in mine, that got stuck in my teeth. Unpleasant and inexcusable in such a preparation, I think. My husband 's portion had no such problem. Main course: because I am allergic to shrimp, server advised against the Beef Rib Eye with Kim Chi, because the Kim Chi was house made and they used LOTS of shrimp paste. So I took the Halibut with Natto and Dashi, which turned out to be fantastic. Firm, lightly grilled fish in a dashi broth with little clams and enoki type mushrooms and other yummy stuff a real unami bomb of the best sort. Unfortunately for my husband, the rib eye had pieces of gristle in it that made it very unpleasant to eat. When he called it to the attention of the server, she said that 's just the way it is, we can 't take the gristle out . Huh? Also, the kim chi was not really what he was expecting it was, I think, Daikon Radish not cabbage (at least, it was white sticks and not as spicy as he likes. The Malbec didn 't go well, he said too herbal, didn 't compliment the dish. On to the dessert: Chestnut and Black Sesame. Probably the best dessert I have ever had. Not at all too sweet, yet the flavors and textures played perfectly together. We were both oohing and aahhing. Service overall was quite good, especially our primary server. But there were two other young ladies who we really couldn 't understand, in either German or English. But all were attentive. Nice atmosphere in a cellar, cozy. Tables a bit close together. If you want romantic, try and reserve one of the (3? booths against the wall more private. Total bill, without tip, including 1 bottle of wine, 1 glass of wine and 2 bottles of water was around 200 Euros."

"A real pearl! From the outside, the place is quite inconspicuous. But if you just stand short and see Mr. Nam Dan Trans Sushi master for a short time at his work and look at his radiant and laughing eyes, you'd go in immediately. The counter is located on the right front. Too bad you can hardly observe the master role in sushi, because it's worth it! If you want to clean up, look at the master. The front left are standing tables and the rear is followed by a gear with a 4s and a 6s table and at the rear is then a space with 6s, 4s and two 2s tables. For larger groups you should book here at the back. But you don't get so far into the room, because the boss already welcomes you at the entrance super beautiful and with a radiant smile. This kindness, which is not played, moves through the whole visit. A warm, attentive, fast and equipped with a super humor where something irony always sounds: hammer! We felt comfortable right away. I admit, the ambience didn't blow me off the chair, it's all simple. But wonderful flower decoration and clean. A look into the menu makes it hard to make a decision here. That sounds so delicious and sometimes there are pictures that don't make it easier... In the meantime, I was countless times there, so every 1 2 weeks we go to our sushi review. Especially the Special Sushis did it to us. But also the appetizers (e.g. Teriyaki Spieße, Gyoza) and the soups are great. I tried many hot dishes too. Of course, some flavors really good, some things do not like my taste, but it is usually sensational. If you like pasta and shrimp and don't want it so sharp, you should try the fried Udon (not on the map, just ask). By the way, also very accommodating if you have some wishes to change. I found Udon in Rotcurry on the map and found it ingenious. Here's a question, and YES, this is what you get here. The use can be chosen freely (bef, chicken fried, crispy chicken, duck, shrimp, tofu). Recently, the cook proposed not to try my Sonja special with Udon, but with ram noodles. Wow, what a tip! Was also super delicious. So there are some variants that I will gradually test. It goes without saying that not everything is freshly prepared or produced, but also TK products are used. But as I said: price/performance fits perfectly here and so soon again. Thank you to the men of Tran that they lead this sensational place and so enchant a great meal with their team. And if you are looking for a new location, we will follow you!"
